英語ブログ更新 TEMARI-ZUSHI～HAND BALL SUSHI～
今日の英語ブログは、以前アップしたてまり寿司のことを書きました。
これはすごくカンタンなお料理なので、
お寿司になじみのない外国人の方でもすぐ作れるし、
パーティにも使えるしすぐに気に入ってもらえそうですね。
We usually “Temari-zushi” at some party example for Christmas, watching cherry-blossom in the spring and new year’s party.
Temari-zushi is called hand ball sushi or hand rolled sushi for foreign people in English.
Temari-zushi is not authentic sushi however it is shaped a small ball.
We put some seafoods or vegetables on the top of rice ball. It is so small that we can fit it in our hands. This is so easy to eat because it is bite size.
