世界を飲み込んだ今回の感染症は、私達に途轍もなく大きな変化を促しています。

世の中の元気や活気、やる気や「その気」などの『気』に大きく左右される飲食業です。
この世界で生きる我々は、頭でアレコレ考えるよりも肌感覚で捉える能力の方が優位であるように思います。
そこで問いたい事は、この世から「飲食」がなくなることは決してありませんが、「飲食店」はコロナ以前のままを展開していれば、それで生き残っていくでしょうか。

地上全ての仕事はサービス業で、「求められる事に応えること」が仕事の定義だと思っていますが、人の思いは千差万別で、求める事も、実は一人一人いつも違うもの。
今、社会の枠組みが揺らぎに揺らぎ、働き方も行政も学校も日常生活も、そもそもの『本質』がむき出しに現れてきました。

「ピンチはチャンス」とは手垢のついた新味のかけらも無い言葉ですが、今は幸いにして考える時間が与えられています。

何かに盲従するのでは無く、誰かのせいにするのでも無く、自分で考えて決定・行動するという、我々日本人には不得手とされる資質を磨いていく覚悟が、今後は運命を分かつ事になりそう。
Bartenderの仕事の魅力は、他の業種に先んじて、まさにそこにあると言えば、少々持ち上げ過ぎでしょうか。

We are destined to hone our qualities, which we Japanese are not good at, by thinking and deciding and acting on our own, rather than being blindly oblivious to something or blaming someone. It seems to be a matter of fact.
