"Timing" and "balance" are important things
物事はタイミングとバランスが大事

本日5月14日、日本政府による緊急事態宣言で、特に重点的な感染拡大防止策を求めていた13の「特定警戒都道府県」のうち、福岡を含む5県を解除する事が決定しました。

これは少し意外な結果でした。
規制を徐々に緩和してゆく事に異論はありませんが、脅威が薄れたとは余り思えない中での解除は、
これから始まる長い第2フェーズを、個人個人の対策で乗り切る裁量がより一層問われます。

コロナ以前の経済活動とはかけ離れた新しい慣習が、あちらこちらで浸透していく筈ですね。
メディアでも安易に「終息」という言葉を使っていますが、いつかこのコロナ禍が「収束」する事はあっても、感染症そのものが「終息」する事はまず有り得ない事。
Bar業界にとっては、むしろこれからが正念場。
今まで以上の、一層の覚悟と工夫が必須と思う次第です。

さて、ここ数週間に入荷したボトルのテイスティング第2弾です。
かなり絞って購入した、選りすぐりの11本より。
