New Year Greetings

あけましておめでとうございます🎌
暦が変わり、おかげさまでまた新しい年を迎えることが出来ましたこと、
Bar Higuchiに関わっていただいている皆々様のおかげです。
心より感謝申し上げます。
これまでの全てを糧とし、これからの全てを大事に、少しでも良い仕事ができるよう努めて参ります。
実は、今年の12月を以ってBar Higuchiは20周年を迎える事に。
ご来店いただくお客さまと我々バーテンダーにとっては、おみえになった｢その日｣こそが特別な日であり、区切りは単に通過点であることに過ぎません。
しかし、それを活かすか流すかは、己の胸三寸(むなさんずん)。
本質こそを見つめ、心の内圧を高めるに、いまは絶好の環境。
ただの通過点を大いなる『きっかけ』と捉え、日々精進する一年にして参ります。
2021年1月5日の本日、ただいま19時より新しい年の活動を開始致します。
本年も何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。

The calendar has changed, and thanks to you, we were able to welcome another new year,
Thanks to everyone involved in Bar Higuchi.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
We will make every effort to do a good job, taking care of everything we have done so far and cherishing everything from now on.
In fact, Bar Higuchi will celebrate its 20th anniversary in December of this year.
For our customers and us bartenders, the "day" they come to is a special day, and the break is just a passing point.
However, it is up to me to make the best use of it or to let it flow.
The environment is now perfect for looking at the essence and increasing the internal pressure of the mind.
We will consider the passing point as a great "trigger" and make it a year of devotion every day.
Today, January 5, 2021, we will start activities for the new year from 19:00.
We look forward to working with you this year as well.
