今までキッチリ把握出来ていなかったボトルのスペックをチェックする毎日です。
コロナな今こそ集中して作業出来る環境な訳です。

店にある1600本程のウイスキー(主にシングルモルト)の状態を1本ずつチェックし、写真を撮ってメニュー化していきます。
しかし、オードヴィーやラム、リキュールなどを加えると凄まじい量に…。

そう、店にある全てのボトルをメニューで見れるようにしようとしています。
終わりは見えません。

ただ、ずっと打ち込みや撮影ばかりをやっていると根気が続きません。
そこで、終了時間間際は楽しいテイスティングタイム！

今回は3人それぞれが選んだマッカランをご紹介。
どれが最高のボトルか？
ではなく、どれが自分にとって今日のベストか？
で83本のストックの中から選びました。

This time we will introduce the macallan selected by each of the three.
Which is the best bottle for me today, not which one is the best?
So we chose from 83 bottles.
