何を祈るのか？
What do you pray for?

新語大賞は｢ぴえん｣、流行語対象は｢3密｣と発表された2020年の12月1日です。
｢ぴえん｣の大賞は私にとっては意外で、もともと世間とのズレが生じやすい性格と生活を続けている故かと思われますが、過去の｢〜ペイ(2019)｣、｢映える(2018)｣、｢忖度(2017)｣、｢ほぼほぼ(2016)｣辺りはスッと入ってくる為、単に年齢的なギャップかもしれません。
｢3密｣は、今や日本では常識中の常識。
英語で言えばThree Csで、closed spaces、crowded places、close-contact settingsですが、これをたった｢3密｣の一言で連想しやすく予防の喚起に出来たのは、日本語の優れた特性と言っても過言ではありませんね。
クリスマスや年末年始に向けて各所で盛り上がってくるはずの12月が、よもやよもやの閑散を迎えようとしている中、様々な｢祈り｣が世界を覆っていることでしょう。
言わずもがな私たちバーテンダーは接客の仕事であるため、祈ることはやはりお客様の心身の、特にこころの充実。
その一助となるべく、ご来店の際に愉しんでいただけるよう｢毎月のメニュー｣を作成し、毎月1日にアップしております。
そう、｢デジタルメニュー｣(店内用)です。
いずれサイトにも上げることになるかもしれませんが、まだまだ追いつきません。

The new word award is "Pien", and the buzzword target is "3 dense" on December 1, 2020.
The grand prize of "Pien" is surprising to me, and it seems that it is because I have a personality and life that is likely to be out of sync with the world, but in the past "~ Pay (2019)", "Shining (2018)" , "Sontaku (2017)", and "almost (2016)" come in quickly, so it may just be an age gap.
"Three Cs" is now common sense in Japan.
Speaking in English, it is Three Cs, closed spaces, crowded places, close-contact settings, but it is easy to associate these with just one word "3 dense" and it was possible to call for prevention, which is an excellent characteristic of Japanese. It is no exaggeration to say that.
December, which is supposed to be exciting for Christmas and the year-end and New Year holidays, is about to reach a quiet day, and various "prayer" will cover the world.
Needless to say, we bartenders are the job of serving customers, so praying is still the fulfillment of the customer's mind and body, especially the mind.
To help with that, we have created a "monthly menu" so that you can enjoy it when you come to our bar,and we upload it on the first day of every month.
Yes, it's a "digital menu" (for in-bar use).
It may be posted on the site eventually, but I still can't catch up.
