仕事の在り方について On the nature of work

仕事の在り方について、これから来る分散化の時代に適応できるアイデアが出たので記述したい。

I would like to describe my ideas on how work should be done, as they can be adapted to the coming age of decentralization.

今のシステムの改善点はマッチングにおける不備だ。双方向にフェアではないという点もある。募集をかける側が筆記テストや面接をして応募してきた人を選択する。このシステムを変えてみると仕事はもっと面白くなると考える。

The improvements in the current system are inadequacies in matching. There is also the fact that it is not fair in both directions. The recruiter selects the applicants after a written test and interview. I believe that changing this system would make work more interesting.

私のアイデアはプロジェクト単位での雇用形態だ。

My idea is a project-based employment model.

まず、募集をかける側はプロジェクトを極限まで細分化し報酬を提示する。これだけしかしない。簡単に言うと競売方式だ。その仕事が面白いと感じた人はそれに自由に携わることができる。多人数で作っても良いし（得られる報酬は下がる）、一人で作って総取りでも良い（自分が作ったものが選択されなければ報酬がない）。

First of all, the recruiter should subdivide the project to the extreme and offer compensation. This is all they do. Simply put, it is an auction system. Those who find the work interesting are free to engage in it. You can make it with many people (the reward you get will be lower), or you can make it alone and take all the money (if your work is not selected, there will be no reward).

大きなプロジェクトの場合を考えてみよう。この場合はツリー構造となるだろう。上流工程で１０人の応募があり、１０通りのシステムができたとしよう。最上流工程では１０人の設計者が報酬を得られる権利があるわけだが、その中で選ばれるのは１つだ。つまり報酬は１つにしか発生しない。そのシステムに携わろうと考える人は上流工程を選択する能力を必要とされる。４つくらいに目星をつけて全部に携わるという手もある。報酬が支払われないシステムは自動で競売にかけられる。売れた瞬間にそのシステムに携わった人に報酬が支払われる仕組みだ。自動で競売にかけるかは事前に告知する事で自由に変更できるようにしても良い。

Let's consider the case of a large project. In this case, it would be a tree structure. Let's say there are 10 applicants in the upstream process and 10 different systems are created. In the upstream process, 10 designers are entitled to be paid, but only one of them will be selected. In other words, only one will be rewarded. If you want to work on that system, you need to have the ability to choose the upstream process. Systems that are not paid for are automatically auctioned off. Systems that do not pay are automatically auctioned, and the moment they are sold, the people who worked on them are paid. Whether the system will be auctioned automatically or not can be announced in advance so that it can be changed freely.
