With facilities designed to fully enjoy a "minimalist" lifestyle, Kirara Park Campfield offers an active (self-build) experience where you connect with nature and loved ones, creating your own experiences rather than having a passive, catered experience.

Check-in, Check-out, and Staff Information

  • Check-in time: 14:00~17:00 | Check-out time: Until 11:00 the next day

  • Early check-in (12:00~14:00) is available for 1000 yen, payable on-site (advance notice required).

  • Late check-out (~17:00) is available for 2000 yen, payable on-site, subject to the next day's reservation status (advance confirmation required).

  • The management office is open from 10:00 to 17:00. From 17:00 to 10:00 the next day, the site operates without staff. It may also operate without staff on weekdays.

  • Check-in is possible after 17:00 (advance notice required).

  • If you plan to check out before 10:00, advance notice is required.

  • Check-in is generally done face-to-face, with ID verification.

  • Please remain quiet after 22:00 (stay quiet inside your tent after 22:00).

  • In accordance with the cancellation policy, same-day cancellations will incur a full cancellation fee.

  • Do not enter areas of the property that are not designated for camping.

Payment Method

  • Reservations require advance credit card payment.

Smoking/Non-smoking

  • If you smoke, please use an ashtray (do not discard cigarette butts).

Pets

  • Pets are not allowed.

Campfires, Fire Hazards, and Fireworks

  • Fireworks (including sparklers and handheld fireworks) are prohibited.

  • Open flames are prohibited. When having a campfire, you have to always use a fire pit and a fireproof mat.

  • We sell firewood at the management office.
    *Please check in advance as the quantity is limited.

  • Please handle fire with extreme caution and ensure that all fires are completely extinguished before going to bed.

  • If the grass is burned, you will be liable for damages.

Garbage

  • Please take your garbage home with you.

  • We sell garbage bags (available on-site) for 500 yen. We cannot accept garbage without the purchase of a designated garbage bag. [Acceptable Garbage] Food waste / Combustible waste / Glass bottles, cans, and PET bottles / Plastic※ Non-combustible waste is not accepted.

  • If you leave your garbage behind or fail to take it home, we will charge you 5000 yen.

Parking

  • Parking is only allowed in the designated parking lot.

  • Vehicles are allowed in section sites | Up to 1 vehicle

  • Vehicles are not allowed inside the site, but can be temporarily parked near the site for loading and unloading.

  • Each reservation allows up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot. For more than 2 vehicles, there is a fee of 500 yen per vehicle (payable on-site).

  • It takes within 1 minute from the parking lot to each campsites.

  • Vehicles are not allowed inside the site. Parking is within 1 minute of the site. (Depending on the situation, temporary parking near the site may be possible for loading and unloading).

Sink/Water Area

  • Do not pour oil or leftover food down the sink.

  • The sink can be used for washing vegetables and handwashing.

  • Seal food and garbage tightly at night. Do not leave food or perishables unattended.

Toilets

  • Toilets are available 24 hours.

  • Separate facilities for men and women.

  • There are Japanese-style toilets on the premises and Western-style toilets a 1-minute walk away.

Bathing Facilities「Namporo Onsen Heart&Heart」

  • Operating hours: 10:00 to 21:00 (last admission: 20:30)

  • Morning bath hours: 6:00 to 9:30

  • Fees: Adults: 750 yen (tax included) / Children: 300 yen (tax included) / Infants (preschool age): Free

  • Face towel and bath towel set: 700 yen (available for a fee)

  • Bathing facilities are available on the premises (for a fee).

  • Do not only use the toilets in the bathing facility without taking a bath.

  • Do not wash dishes in the bathing facility.

  • Seicomart Nanporo Sakaemachi Store: 5-minute drive.

  • DCM Nicot Nanporo Store: 10-minute drive.

Access

  • By Train: Get off at JR Ebetsu Station (Hakodate Line). Take the route bus (Yutetsu Bus) towards "Nanporo/Kuriyama/Yubari" and get off at "Nanporo Onsen-mae" (approximately 15 minutes). Alternatively, take a taxi (approximately 10 minutes).

  • By Car: About 45 minutes by car from central Sapporo. About 10 minutes by car from the "Ebetsu East IC" on the Doo Expressway.

  • If you need to cancel, please proceed with the cancellation through the respective reservation site or the official website.
