2023年6月最新レポート [Emporium Renovation / エンポリアム改装]

現在進行中の『EM Districtプロジェクト』は、バンコクのエンポリアム、エムクオーティエ、そして12月にオープンを目指しているエムスフィアの三つの商業施設と、ベンジャシリ公園を含めた地域の開発計画です。

前回三月にレポートした後も改装は進み、エンポリアムM階にイタリアの歴史ある婦人服ブランド『PUCCI』、パティスリーの『Pierre Hermé Paris Pop-Up』、１階にドイツの紳士服ブランド店『HUGO BOSS』、デンマークのオーディオ機器メーカーの『B&O』ストアがオープンしました。

貴金属エリアにはタイの老舗『Blue River』と、タイで初めての一号店となるフランスの人気ジュエリーブランド『FRED』もオープンし、先週にはタイのセレブリティーや有名人によるお披露目パーティーが開催されました。

前回にオープンをお知らせした同フロアの『BVGARI』もアイコン「セルペンティ」の誕生75周年をお祝いする盛大な記念パーティーを開催したり、『LOEWE』も改装後は行列のできるお店になっています。

レストランでは、日系の「モーモーパラダイス」の高級店『Mo-Mo-Paradise Gold (ゴールド)』が、スシローの向かいにオープンしました。定番の食べ放題の鍋メニューだけでなく、ゴールド店には定食のメニューもあり、週末は1〜２時間待ちの人気店となりました。

ベンジャシリ公園側の玄関口も徐々に新しい姿が見えてきて、あと約160日後と日々完成図に近づく『EmSphere (エムスフィア)』も楽しみです。

The ongoing "EM District Project" is a development plan for three commercial facilities in Bangkok: Emporium, EmQuartier, and Emsphere, which is scheduled to open in December 2023, as well as the Benjasiri Park area.

Renovations have continued since my last report in March, with new opening of the historic Italian women's clothing brand "PUCCI", and "Pierre Hermé Paris Pop-Up" patisserie on M floor, German men's clothing brand "HUGO BOSS" and the Danish audio equipment manufacturer "B&O" store opened on the 1st floor.

In the jewelry zone, "Blue River", a long-established Thai brand, and "FRED", a popular French jewelry brand which is the first store in Thailand also opened, and an unveiling party was held last week with Thai celebrities & influencers.

BVGARI on the same floor, which previously announced the opening, also held a grand anniversary party for its collection, and "LOEWE" has become a store with a long line of customers since its renovation.

As for restaurants, "Mo-Mo-Paradise Gold," an upscale branch of the Japanese-affiliated Mo-Mo-Paradise, has opened next to "Sushiro."

In addition to the standard all-you-can-eat hot pot menu, the Gold restaurant also offers a set meal menu and has become a popular restaurant with over 2-hour-wait on weekends. Together with Sushiro, a cooperative tag team of Japanese food on 4th floor is born.

The entrance on the Benjasiri Park side is gradually taking on a new look, and we look forward to "EmSphere," which is nearing completion in approximately 160 days.
