Cleaning up rooms in my house

I would like to write about cleaning up rooms today. First, I usually vacuum the rooms in my house at least twice a week. It's kind of my routine before leaving for work. I also clean up the toilet every morning.
However, it's difficult for me to take action to organize the rooms. For example, my space in the bedroom is untidy piled with books, CDs, and erhu's music books. I do feel it's necessary to organize them someday. Before organizing this stuff, I need to get rid of unnecessary things from the shelf and rack. Or else, I can't put anything in them. They have been full of space for a long time. I need to do something with this situation someday.
Someday, I have been saying it to myself every time I see the piled stuff. And they are kept as they are for a while or all the time. Therefore, I tend to procrastinate cleaning up rooms.
