普段は意識しないけど、なんとなく使い分けられています。

3－0の快勝です！
明日のU-24アルゼンチン戦も楽しみです。
なんといっても川崎フロンターレの三笘は誰もが注目している選手でしょう。久保や堂安らと沸かせて欲しいです。

I was able to set a new record.
I did it while watching the Japan-Korea soccer match and was able to concentrate much better than I expected.

Glad for one event, happy for two or more events or when used with a noun.
I don't usually think about it, but I've learned to use them differently.
Verbalizing the reason is a shortcut to understanding.

There was a soccer match between Japan and Korea.
It was a great 3-0 win!
I'm also looking forward to the U-24 Argentina game tomorrow.
I am also looking forward to the U-24 match against Argentina tomorrow. Mitoma of Kawasaki Frontale is probably the player everyone is looking at. I hope he can make a splash with Kubo and Doan.
