地方在住の仕事～身の丈キャリアを考える～
✨私が将来やりたいこと✨
仕事について今でも悩んでいる🤔
いままで、ある会社で数年間働いていました。
年末に辞めたんですが・・・・
一緒にお仕事をする業務委託の方々と話しているうち
「こんな働き方ができたらいいなあ」とボヤっと思うところがあって。
彼らは、年金を受給し始めるお年頃のイケオジさんたちです♪
3年前にキャリアコンサルタントの資格を取ったのも
何十年も前からHR領域に強い興味関心があったから。
本社一括で採用が決まるので、支店での実務ではなかなか本格的に関われませんでした。
翌年からは在宅で人材領域にかかわる仕事をすると告げたとき、
イケオジさんたちは声をそろえて私にこう言いました。
「もうなあ、好きなことして生きていきゃあええーんじゃ。
いままで何十年も働いてきたんじゃけえ」
そんなふうに背中を押されたことが私のキャリアパスを大きく進めるきっかけになりました。
家族の勧めもあり、
人材✖地域雇用✖移住✖人的資源課題解決✖外国人材✖インバウンド需要✖瀬戸内の島々✖地元の企業・・・・と、幾重にもかけ算が見えてきました。
すばらしい特産品を作るノウハウとスキルがある企業
海遊びや瀬戸内海で遊ぶツールがあるまち
インフラが整えられつつあること
こうした地域資源を活用して
いろんな人が住み続けられる場所にしていきたい
この地域が好きだけれど、引っ越してきても仕事がないのでは困るなあ・・・
移住してきたけど何度やっても面接がうまくいかない！
仕事はあるけど人間関係でもうやめようかな…
こうした悩みを聞きながら

I qualified as a career consultant three years ago.
I have had a strong interest in the HR field for decades.
Hiring decisions are made at the head office, so it was difficult to get involved in actual work at the branch.
My daughter made it with sea glass that washed up on Kasaoka Island.
When I told him that from the following year I would be working from home in the field of human resources,
The old men all said to me in unison:
