情緒ある街並み、小中学校、保育園、日用雑貨店、食品店、個性的な飲食店、郵便局、ATM、ハイキングできる山、鉄道駅、公衆トイレ、情緒ある社寺仏閣、その全てに徒歩でアクセスでき、便利さと落ち着きを兼ね備えた稀有な地域です。
９歳、５歳の子を含む家族と暮らしていても、車を気にせず遊べて生き物も沢山いる、豊かな自然がとても身近にあり、毎日、その住み心地の良さを実感できています。
にも関わらず、空き家はたくさん。
地域で一緒に色々活動できる移住者が増えるといいな〜と新しい拠点を活用すべく日々奮闘中です。子育て世代、歴史的な家並みや自然が好きでリモートワークが可能な方、京都名古屋にご通勤の方には特にお勧めです。

It is a rare area that combines convenience and serenity, with an emotional townscape, elementary and junior high schools, daycare centers, daily goods stores, food stores, unique restaurants, post office, ATMs, hiking mountains, train stations, public restrooms, and elegant temples and shrines, all accessible on foot.
Even living with my family, including a 9y.o. girl and a 5y.o.boy, I can feel the comfort of living in this area every day because it is so close to abundant nature, where we can play without worrying about cars and where there are many living creatures.
Despite this, there are many vacant houses.
We are now struggling daily to make the most of our new base in the hope that more immigrants will join us in various activities in the community. We especially recommend this place for those who are raising children, love historical houses and nature, can work remotely, and commute to Kyoto and Nagoya.
