ロシア政府は、「ロシアはウクライナを攻撃していない」と言います。しかし、
１３日、ウクライナ西部リビウ州の「国際平和維持・安全センター」に、ミサイル約３０発を撃ち込み、ロシア軍は、各地で無差別的な攻撃を続けています。
キエフ郊外で、取材活動をしていた米国人ジャーナリストが銃撃を受け死亡。侵攻を巡って外国人記者に死者が出たのは初めてとみられ、別の記者１人も負傷しています。
東部ドニプロ、南部ミコライウなど主要都市を激しく攻撃しし、戦線をウクライナ広域に拡大し、ウクライナ政権への圧力を強めています。
占領された地域の市長は頭に袋を被されて、拉致されその所在も不明です。国家の独立や自立、自由への願いが破壊されてゆきます。
米国防総省高官は8日、ウクライナに侵攻しているロシア軍が首都キエフの包囲網を3方面から狭め、総攻撃への準備を進めているとのこと。

President Zelenskyy has also accused Russia of KIDNAPPING the mayor of the occupied city of Melitopol. Officials released this footage, which they say show him being abducted. His whereabouts remain unknown. Meanwhile Russian forces appear to be closing in on the Ukrainian capital. Shelling has already reached the outskirts of Kyiv.
US journalist killed in Ukraine
Award-winning American journalist Brent Renaud, age 50, was killed by Russian forces in Irpin, Ukraine, according to Kyiv police. Police also said Russian troops wounded another American journalist.
Russia intensifies bombardment of Ukrainian cities
Russian forces are setting their sights on the capital city of Kyiv, advancing to the doorstep of the city. Satellite images show Russian artillery bombarding Kyiv as fierce fighting continues in many other parts of the country. Cities in eastern and southern Ukraine are under a sustained Russian onslaught.
