Mongolian workspace 【英語記事】

Hello everyone!
Today, we would like to introduce the workplace and culture of some Mongolian companies. 

Each company is trying to create their own culture. These companies own culture help workers to be more creative, productive and also to know and understand each other.

First of all, I would like to mention some office culture of the country. 

1. To teach the new workers about company’s culture, value and purpose.

2. Always hear an employee's idea and support them. Most of employees want to create a voice for the company and its future development together.

3. Specialized support for new employees. New employees are afraid to do something. To make mistakes, to ask question. If this situation continues for a long time it will affect their creativity and productivity. If productivity is low, a company can not to be a successful.

4. Balanced participation of team project. If we think that company is Human, every employee make the cells of the organization. 

5. Fair rewards based on execution. This is the one of the important feature of workplace culture. Because of real and fair assessment of employees can increase their productivity and quality of life.

6. Good communication between employee and employers. To create good environment at work some companies are organize many kinds of interesting event, and training for example:

I think most of people know this series (but I haven't seen it (^_^)). This company decided to create friendly competition for a week, between employees. Although it was a competition, all the employees liked it!

- Every Friday someone employees have to make a breakfast for others.
- Walking to work or riding a bicycle, preparing lunch at home for lunch, reading a book, initiating and participating in a community event, and complimenting each other, points are counted and rewarded.
- The “Keep you warm” campaign was a direct expression of the community's warmth, with a campaign to write warm words of encouragement and leave them on the table and in the closet.
- Celebrate together the birthdays of employees who were born in one month, and so on.

7. Good management will depend on good psychology of employees.
For the betterment of the employees psychology when they working, some companies have created a room to talk with a psychologist. It is really necessary.

This is the physiologist's room. This kind of room is rare in working spaces in Mongol. But it seemed really nice to me and to employees of this company.

To know employees psychology is important. This company made a wall to give a psychology assessment for employees.

Most of developing company in Mongol are trying to focus on employees' soft skills, rather than hard skills.

At the end, work is our second home. We always want to work in a place which is comfortable and full of warm energy. Company culture is important, but also interior designing has a catch in the matter.
