信頼できる上司と言うのは、相手のことを理解して話に聞く耳を持ってくれる人のことだと思う出来事があった。
人は自分のことをすごい人間だと主張したいばかりに相手の話をしっかり聞かずに自分の意見を押し付けることがある。その気持ちは自分も充分理解できるし、特に年下（目下）に対しては自分がそうなっている場合もある。これは気をつけなければいけない。
ある程度年齢が離れていると、話の一端だけを聞いて『これはこうした方がいい』『こうするべきだ』と内容を理解せずに意見を言ってしまうことがある。
これは相談相手からするととても不快で、ほぼ何の解決にもならない。
相手の状況を理解せずに、本当の問題点を洗い出すことができるのだろうか？
自分は相談してくれた相手に敬意を持って、これから接する姿勢を身につけていこう改めて意識した。

People sometimes force their opinions on themselves without listening carefully to what others say, just because they want to claim that they are great people.I could fully understand his feelings, and in some cases, especially to younger people.You have to be careful about this.
When they are a certain age apart, they sometimes listen to a part of the story and say, "This is better," or "This is what we should do," without understanding the content.
This is very uncomfortable for the consultant, and it is almost no solution.
Can you find out the real problems without understanding the other person's situation?

I realized once again that I would develop a attitude of respect for the person who consulted me and to deal with them from now on.

ムカつく対応をされた時、自分の腹落ちしない状況になった時にどう対応するかは自分が決められる。
