I studied ratios and proportions in maths last week. I remembered that they had discouraged me from learning maths at school. I could not understand them at all at school. This time, I spent the whole week studying them and could understand them much better than at school. In fact, I enjoyed them very much. Above all, I was happy to get the correct answers to word problems.

　先週は、比と比率を勉強しました。学校では、これで数学が嫌になったのを思い出しました。今回は、1週間をかけて勉強したところ、学校時代より理解できました。それどころか、勉強が楽しかったです。特に、文章題に正解できたのがうれしかったです。
