April 20, 2023: Blue Mood, Bleeding from the bottom (6/6)（暗い気分、下血（6/6））

Two days after I had the gastroscopy, I was due to see my doctor for a final diagnosis. But I had a thing to do before I went to see my doctor. That is, I had to have an endoscopy of the bowel. But it was more painful than the gastroscopy. It was after I had taken a laxative that it was the most painful for me during the examination. I had to go to the toilet so often to have pain around my anus. Then, I was given a sedative to make me sleep, and when I woke up, it was all over.
Then, I finally saw my doctor for a final diagnosis. He explained to me that there was nothing wrong with my stomach and bowel. That was what I had expected as I had been feeling very well since a few days before. But the doctor's comments reassured me even more. However, he did not identify the disease or tell me anything about the cause. So I understood that I had suffered from diverticular bleeding as the doctor at the clinic had suspected.
In retrospect, it could have been caused by a supporter I had worn. It was the first time I wore the supporter on the top of my left foot when I bled from the bottom. It was very tight and seemed to compress my foot. I used it to improve my gait, but too much is as bad as too little.

　胃カメラ検査を受けた翌々日。ようやく、最終診断が下る日がきました。担当医に会うために病院に行きました。でも、その前にやることがありました。腸のカメラ検査です。この検査は、胃カメラの検査よりつらかったです。一番つらかったのは、下剤を飲んだ後でした。何度もトイレに行きたくなり、お尻の穴が痛くなるくらいでした。検査自体は、麻酔で眠っているうちに無事終了です。
　そして、ようやく最終診断のため、担当医に診察を受けました。結果は、胃も腸も問題なしでした。数日前から、体調が急激に回復していたので、そうだとは思っていたのですが、お医者さんから言われると安心します。でも、病名や下血の原因については説明がありませんでした。クリニックの医師は、憩室出血の疑いと診断されていたので、この診断通りと理解しました。
　下血の原因を自分なりに考えると、足の甲に付けたサポーターのせいだと思います。サポーターを付けたのは、下血した日が初めてでした。このサポーターがきつく、足を圧迫したようです。歩き方改善のために付けたのですが、過ぎたるは猶及ばざるが如しでした。
