このサイトはアルバータ州のロッキー地区にあるスキー場のサイトになります。ロッキーを代表する3か所のスキー場では、ワクチン接種の証明書がないとスキー場を利用出来ない規則を作りました。

スキー場がこのような決定をするということは、ゴルフ、カヌー、ハイキング、サイクリングなど、おなじ自然の中で楽しむアクティビティーにさえも影響することになるのでしょうか。

憲法や法律に反する政府の政策にたいし、RCMP、警察、消防、医療従事者、教職員組合、パイロット組合、公務員組合などなど、様々な組合や個人が異議申し立てを行い、あるべき姿であるカナダの寛容性を取り戻そうとしている最中です。

スキー場の決定に、声を上げる事が無い社会というのは、自ら差別国家であることを認めてしまったことになります。

カナダの選挙が終わり、僅か1か月でカナダがこんな国になってしまうことに驚きを隠せないですし、そんな劇的な変化や、国家の色を大きく変えてしまう事態に声を上げない、行動にうつさない人に寂しさを感じてしまいます。

A society that has no voice in the decisions of ski resorts is one that has admitted to itself that it is a discriminatory nation.
