ママから社長になるまで（英語勉強中）

I manage my own business.
I established an auction agency service. I sell second hand items on behalf of my customers.
My customers will contact me so I will be the one to sell their things instead.
After giving birth to the my fast son,I had more free time at home, so I started an online selling business.

I enjoy selling the products by myself,
There are many people who can not dispose of unnecessary items.
I want to help them.

My business has been running for 4 years.The sales are rising year by year.
I have more than 10,000 trading experiences.

I want to explain why I started to learn English.
I'm going to move to a new house next April in Ota ward. I will open a guest house for the Olympics.

私の働き方

2010年大学を卒業後　野村證券に就職し、営業業務を５年間任務した後、結婚出産を経て退職した.
After Graduation from University, I worked at Nomura securities.
I worked as a salesperson for 5years, got marriged ,gave birth ,and finally retired.

2011年育児に忙しくするも、家でできるおこずかい稼ぎ程度の仕事を探していた。
I was so busy during childcare, but I was always looking for a job that I could do from home .

When I was a child ,My parents was both worked ,After school when I got home, my grandma was home, and not my mother.
I remenmber I had hoped my mother ''not grandma'' was at home when I got home.
I wanted to be an ideal mother . I thought an ideal mother was someone who was good at cooking sweets, cleaning, doing everything for her child.

This was why I wanted to work from home.
My husband must change his work location to maybe somewhere far away every few years.
So I must be able to do my work every where.

At that time I was regularry selling my used items on an online auction site.
My sales were several tens of thousands of yen every month.
I bought good items from near by ''recycled shops'',I sold those items.
I became addicted to selling.

Generaly It was way to dispose of second hand items ,sold at recycled shops at very cheap prices.
I knew that desposing of used items was selling better on online auction than at recycled shops.
The price was more than 10 times higher.

2011
I usually said to my friend '' Someting sold for $***!!'' . I enjoyed selling.
One day my friend asked me '' Could you sell a lot of my items?''
She had a lot of items which she did't need. And She said ''I don't need the money.''
At that time, My buisiness was building slowly, 8years ago.

I sold her items ,I didn't pay her .She gave me a lot of items.
I practiced selling other peaples items.

Some friends asked me to sell there used items.
Other friends asked me how to sell used items on online auction.

I became a teacher of auction selling.
My buisiness was both ''seller and teacher''.

2013
At that time,My boys were 4y and 2y yet. They were very young.
I was working night . I was starting at 9PM. I finished about 2AM.
I was sometime sleepy but I enjoyed my job,I didn't feel bad.It was rather stress relieving.
I recognize that it is a hobby of stress relief. and These days I can't recognize it as my job.

Then I imagined starting a business when my kids entered kindergarten.

2015
I moved to Tokyo from Osaka becsause of my husband's transfer.
My first boy entered kinder garten.
There are many recycled shops in Tokyo and also the quality is higher than Osaka.
It had a good effect on my work.

Actually I always had been to purchase at recycled shops with my youngest son.
One day I have been to a few shops before my faster son got home , from 8AM to 2PM.
I checked a shop which open 9AM.I make a plan to go around so as not to waste.
At first we go a shop open 9AM and go around a few shops.
I don't have lunch.My boy ate his lunch in the car. From then award,I don't eat a lunch even now.

Apart from the cost of stocking, my expenses were gasoline and wasteful toys for children.
The recycle shops has a lot of used toys. Every time I bought some for my child because he behaved.
I decided to start a buisiness as a sole proprietor the following year ,when my second boy entered kinder garten.

2016
Finally my second boy entered kindergarten.
My buisiness officially started.
And I have free time since my 2010 son's birth.
I remember the great relief.

I felt that stocking by myself was a difficult task. My main business must be an exhibition agent.

I did a lot to increase my business.
I made a homepage , I wrote a blog ,I made a guide flyer.
The customers were spreading little by little by word of mouth.

2017
One day, an unknown customer who saw my blog called me .
I knew later, the customer was a vendor .

The vendor helped me change my buisiness and my life.
It was a trigger,my sales were increasing.
And I learned the skill of auction more deeply. I was able to gain experience.

Until this time, I managed it all alone for 5 years.
Gradually, I can not handle it alone and I will get my friend who is another mother to help.
I had intrust to a contractor for shipping.

My average sales are 500 items more than 1.5million yen per month .

I had the vague notion of being company president.

2018
I could't control the stock items,so I decided to rent an office.
But I couldn't rent the office soon, because I have not salary.
There was no income because I submitted a tax return within the scope of support.
Explaining to the real estate agent, the HP and the flyer was useful at that time.
It was evaluated as a person with an income and was able to borrow it safely.
I rented a new office,fee 80000yen PCM.

I told the vendor that the new office was estblished , after a while he introduced other vendors.
Our buisiness was increasing further.

I was a private business owner for three years.
I decided to set up a company for consumption tax relief.

2019
The company was established on December 25, 2018 (Christmas day).
The name is ''BUNBUN''.

My friend recommended this name BUNBUN. Because my nick name when I was student was bun -chan.
Bun -chan is took from my name KANAE →　KANABUN（drone beetle.）

I think my company has a cool name.There were other candidates as well.
I paid the money and commission to create a cool company name.
There were nearly 500 ideas, but there was nothing that came to my mind.

The company should have a universal name, as I thought it would change during the course of the company.
Other presidents said that it would be good to write a name that is easy to write on the receipt.
Finally I decided my company name would be ''BUNBUN''.
I really like it now. It seems to be easy to remember .
In the office of the tax accountant, Some one said ''Please give me Bunbun documents !!''

I heard my self laughing inside.
I are often asked the Origin of name. As the name of the company, it seems strange.

Actually my auction service name is '' 5th avenue auction''.
At first, I wanted to create a shop inspired by New York's Fifth Avenue, selling luxury bags and more.
However I sold anyting,or rather I don't sell luxury bags.

BUNBUN that never changed in any way was a good name ,because the business is very different from the original plan.

Now we have 5 vendor customers,and general customers.
I sell 800 item more than 20million yen per month .

I have some perfect staff including homeworkers.

4 of them are real friends (mom friends).

Some people find it difficult to work with friends, as it will also affect thier private lives when we have any troubles. But I think that we are doing well.

The opportunity was offered by me. Some friends told me that They wanted to work.
I invited my friends with good relationships so that would not cause trouble.

The friend who says, I want a job '' directly was very grateful to me.

We are engaged in corporate activities for woman only, including homeworkers. a male photographer being the exception.
I think that work should not be our main priority in us. Because we are Mothers.
I have to provide an environment where I can rest without worrying when my children are sick.

I would like to take a rest from work and spend time with my children should their athletic meet be rescheduled for a week day.
I want to be waiting for my kids when they come home from school.

Our staff work from 8:30AM to 12:30PM .I work from 8AM to 2PM and I have free time after getting home.

The woking time seems to be short, but it is sufficient for time efficiency.
