万国女性議会設立建白書

近年、国内外でフェミニズムへの不安が高まり、信頼が揺らいでおり、運動が崩壊する危険すら感じられる状態に至っています。このような危機的状況において、フェミニズムにまつわる建設的な議論の余地が塞がれてしまっていることは非常に残念です。事態を打開するために、新たな議論が行われることを切に望みます。

現在のフェミニズムについて考えると、学者でもなく一般女性でもなく、一部の危険で過激な活動家が主導権を持ってしまっているように思われます。フェミニストは口先では女性の尊厳を保ち、女性の利益を考えると言っていますが、その現実はどうでしょうか？ 政治は感情論によって支配され、目標や政策は朝令暮改され、フェミニストによる差別が蔓延し、内ゲバとリンチが繰り返されています。フェミニストは言論の自由を妨げ、基本的人権を制限し、雇用などの生活手段さえ脅かす有様です。被害者には苦情を訴える方法すらないのです。運動は迷走し、混乱した状況が続いて、女性の間ではフェミニズムに対する疑念が生まれています。

この状況を解決するために、以下の提案を含む建白書を提出いたします。

1. 万国女性議会の創設
   FEMINISM.JPに万国の女性による民主的なバーチャル議会を創設します。万国女性議会は、単なる会議ではなく、憲法を制定し政府を組織するいわば女性の国会であり、フェミニズムの最高意思決定機関となります。

2. 普遍的な有権者登録権の確立
   万国女性議会においては、国籍、身分、思想に関わらず女性であれば誰もが有権者として登録でき、一人一票と秘密投票の原則の下、フェミニズムの議論と決定に参加する権利が保障されます。有権者の権利や自由がその表現や主張、信条、職業等を理由に侵害されたり制限を受けることはあってはなりません。

3. 立憲政治の実現
   穏当で常識的な内容の資本主義憲法を制定し、三権を分立し行政府を組織して女性の権利拡大と富の推進に取り組ませます。

4. 司法府の分立
   司法府を分立して法の支配を確立し、議会と政府の監視に当たらせます。また、フェミニストによる違法行為を捜査する機関を設立し、フェミニスト被害者を救済する制度づくりに取り組みます。

5. 女性経済振興
   経済的自由権の保障を盛り込んだ穏当なブルジョア憲法を制定し、女性経済振興予算を設け、女性の資本とアイディアによる企業を無数に創業し、利益を有権者に分配することで女性を資本家階級にします。女性成功者や識者や才能が主体的かつ自由に活躍し、女性の繁栄に貢献することを可能にします。

6. 地方自治
   地方分権をすすめ、地域ごとに自治体を設け、財源を分け、地方政府に大きな権限を付与することで、各地域の有権者によるその文化と価値観に基づく資本運用を推進します。

一部の急進的フェミニストは、一般の女性がまだ価値観を更新せず、知識不足であり、「目覚めた（woke）」意識を持っていないと主張し、民主主義への反対を唱えています。
　甚だしきに至ってはフェミニストでない女性を遅れた考えを持つ者として軽蔑し、結婚している女性や経済的に成功した女性、科学を学んだ女性を男性社会に適合したと非難し、敵視して断罪しようとすることすらめずらしくありません。
　全女性の代表者を自称していながら、なんと強烈な自己優越感、驚くべき女性全般への蔑視でしょうか。
　こうしたエリート主義フェミニストは一人一票の女性議会設立によるフェミニズムの民主化にも時期尚早だとして反対することでしょう。

しかしながら、私たちはそうした反対意見に疑念を抱いています。

広く知られている通り、日韓欧米の先進諸国は、憲法によって国家権力を制限し、有権者の人権と自由を保障することで、個人の創造性を解放し、人類史上前例のない繁栄を実現してきました。有権者がその主張や思想、出自、地位、職業に関係なく、基本的な権利と自由、参政権、そして繁栄を追求できることは、近代民主政資本主義の神髄であります。有権者と国家の富をわずか百年で数十倍にまで増やすその奇跡的な効用は、まさに人類文明の叡智の結晶と言えるでしょう。
　一方で民主主義と資本主義を拒んだ国々や運動が迎えた恐るべき衰退と悲劇は誰もが知るところであります。
　急進的フェミニストの掲げるエリート主義、全体主義、社会主義は、人類史の進歩と教訓を無視するばかりか、それに完全に逆行するものであると言わざるを得ません。

万国女性議会を設立することは、世界中の女性の意見を広く取り入れ、エリートの理想ではなく有権者の正義と理念に基づくフェミニズムを確立し、フェミニズムの活力を高め、その衰退を防ぎ、フェミニストと女性の結びつきと信頼を育み、女性の繁栄と安全を実現するためのものです。かつて立憲議会制を導入した日本がわずか１１３年でその国民総生産を驚異の２８倍増させ西洋をしのぐ先進国となったように、議会設立と憲法制定により民主化したフェミニズムは必ずや女性の急速な政治的・経済的成長をもたらし、数十年以内に男女の経済力格差を解消たらしめるはずです。

私たちは、皆様がこの建白書に賛同し私たちの事業に協力してくださることを願っています。

万國女性議會設立建白書

近年、對女權運動之疑慮逐日增大於國內外、信任動搖、甚至運動崩潰之虞漸生。事已至此、建設的討論未可能、實須嘆。爲解此危急之情勢下、切切要新評議。

思及今之女權運動之主導者非學者、非一般女性、乃少數危險且急進之活動家。彼女等稱護婦女之尊嚴、亦稱注心血婦女之益、然其實狀何如？　政治爲感情論所左右、朝令暮改其目標及政策、女權主義者無慙無愧其偏見、內紛與私刑頻發。女權運動者不厭制限言論自由、屡侵害基本人權、甚至不躊躇脅標的之生計之手段如雇用等。被害者無訴冤之道、況補償乎。運動迷走、女性對女權運動愈生疑心。

爲打開此難局、謹提以下建白、冀諸君之照覽：

一、 万國女性議會之創設
設立民主万國女性議會於FEMINISM.JP、爲促進女之權益擴大與財推進之重要機構。此議會非止爲會議、實爲制定憲法、組織政府之女性國會、爲女權運動之最高政策決定機關。

二、 普遍之有權者登錄權之確立
於万國女性議會中、不問國籍、身分、思想、以一人一票與祕密投票爲其原則、凡女人皆可登錄爲有權者、竝保障參與女權運動之討論及政策決定之權。

三、 立憲政治之實現
制定穩健且常識的資本主義憲法、保障基本人權。不得因言論、主張或職業等理由侵害有權者之權利與自由。

四、 司法獨立之確立
分立司法部門、確立法治、設立調査女權運動者之非法行爲之機構、設立救濟女權運動被害者之制度。

五、 女性經濟振興
制定穩健且包含經濟自由權之資本主義憲法、設女性經濟振興豫算、奬勵女性之創業。促使女性成功者、有識者與才能之主體且自由的活躍與參與對女性之繁榮。此對於女性之發展不可缺之故。

六、 地方自治之推進
推進地方分權、設立地方政府、分配財政資源、賦地方政府大權限、促進資本運用據各地區之文化及價値觀。

或一部有急進之女權主義者、謂一般之女性猶未更新其價値觀、且知識猶不足、無持「覺醒」之意識、因而反對於民主主義。
甚至更有之、斥非女權主義者、輕蔑以爲思想後進者、且責難既婚之女性、經濟獨立之女性、學科學之女性、謗其適合於男性社會、甚或敵視斷罪、無所不至矣。

女權主義者、苟自號全女之代表、然何其自大、且驚人之蔑視對女性全體者？
精銳主義者或將反對一人一票之女性議會設立、謂此時尙未宜。

然而、我等對於如是之反對意見、實有所疑也。

廣爲人知、日韓歐米之先進諸國、以憲法制限國家之權力、保障有權者之人權與自由、解放個人之創造力、實現人類史上空前之繁榮。有權者不問其主張、思想、出身、地位、職業之如何、皆享有基本之權利與自由、參政權、及追求繁榮之權利、此實爲現代民主資本主義之神髓也。
有權者及國家之富、能於僅百年之內殖之數十倍、其效用實奇蹟之如。誠乃人類文明之叡智之結晶也。

然而、拒絕民主主義與資本主義之國家、無一不迎驚人之衰退、大量死與悲劇、此皆周知之事也。
急進之女權主義者所標榜之精銳主義、全體主義、社會主義、非只忽略人類之歷史之進步之敎訓、得言完全逆行之。

立議會之舉、謀廣納万國之女性之意見、建立不以精銳之理念爲主、而以有權者之理念爲女權主義之基礎。高揚女權主義之活力、避免其衰微、培養女權主義者與女性之聯合與相互信賴、實現女性之繁榮與安全。

如曩日導入立憲議會制之日本、在僅僅一百十三年閒、以其國民總生產驚人增至二十八倍、成爲超越西洋之先進諸國、如是、經万國女性議會之建立與女權憲法之制定、女權主義之民主化必能爲女性齎急速之政治與經濟成長、須臾之閒解消男女之經濟力之差。

我等懇切希冀、諸君能悉心贊同此提議、協力我等之事業。

Proposal for the Establishment of the World Women's Parliament

In recent years, concerns about the women's rights movement have been growing day by day, both domestically and internationally. Trust has wavered, and there is even a fear of the movement collapsing. Given the current situation, productive discussions are no longer possible; a new deliberation is urgently needed.

When we consider the current leaders of the women's rights movement, they are not scholars or ordinary women, but rather a small and radical group of activists. They claim to protect the dignity of women and focus on women's interests, but what is the reality? Politics are influenced by emotional arguments, and their goals and policies change frequently. Women's rights activists are shamelessly biased, and internal conflicts and vigilante actions are common. They do not hesitate to restrict freedom of speech, repeatedly violate basic human rights, and even resort to means like employment to threaten their targets. Victims have no way to seek justice, let alone compensation. As a result, the movement has lost its way, and women have become increasingly skeptical of the women's rights movement.

To address this difficult situation, we hereby propose the following:

1. Establishment of the World Women's Parliament
   The creation of a democratic World Women's Parliament at FEMINISM.JP, as a crucial institution for expanding and advancing women's rights. WWP is not just for meetings; it will serve as a women's parliament for formulating constitutions and government organization, becoming the highest policy-making body for the women's rights movement.

2. Establishment of Universal Voter Registration Rights
   Within the World Women's Parliament, regardless of nationality, status, or ideology, the principle of one person, one vote with secret balloting will be established. All women will have the right to register as voters and participate in discussions and policy decisions related to the feminism.

3. Realization of Constitutional Governance
   The creation of a moderate and sensible capitalist constitution to protect basic human rights. Rights and freedoms of voters should not be infringed upon due to speech, beliefs, or professions.

4. Establishment of Judicial Independence
   The separation of the judicial branch, the establishment of the rule of law, the creation of institutions to investigate illegal actions by women's rights activists, and the establishment of a system to provide relief to victims of the women's rights movement.

5. Promotion of Women's Economic Empowerment
   The formulation of a moderate capitalist constitution that includes economic freedom, the allocation of budgets for women's economic empowerment, and encouragement of women's entrepreneurship. Encouraging the participation of successful women, intellectuals, and talented individuals is essential for women's development.

6. Advancement of Local Autonomy
   Promoting decentralization, establishing local governments, allocating financial resources, granting significant powers to local governments, and promoting capital utilization based on local cultural and values.

Some radical feminists argue that ordinary women have not updated their values and lack sufficient knowledge, and are sceptic about democratism.
They even disdain non-feminists and criticize married women, economically independent women, women in academia, claiming they are suited for a male-dominated society, and even resort to condemnation and hostility.

Feminists, who claim to represent all women, exhibit excessive arrogance and a remarkable disdain for all women. Elitism may lead some to oppose the establishment of a women's parliament based on one person, one vote, arguing that the time is not right.

However, we have doubts about such opposition. 

As widely recognized, advanced nations such as Japan, South Korea, and Western Europe, by limiting state power through their constitutions and guaranteeing the human rights and freedoms of eligible voters, have unleashed unprecedented prosperity in human history. Eligible voters, regardless of their beliefs, thoughts, backgrounds, status, or professions, enjoy fundamental rights and freedoms, the right to participate in politics, and the right to pursue prosperity. This is indeed the essence of modern democratic capitalism.

The wealth of eligible voters and their nations has multiplied several times over within just a hundred years, resulting in miraculous effects. Truly, this is the culmination of human civilization's wisdom.

However, nations that reject democracy and capitalism are known to experience astonishing decline, massive loss of life, and tragedy.

The elitism, collectivism, and socialism touted by radical feminists not only disregard the lessons of human history's progress but can be said to move entirely backward to it.

The establishment of a parliament that seeks to gather the opinions of women from around the world, with the foundation of women's rights based not on elitist ideals but on the ideals of eligible voters, aims to invigorate feminism, avoid its decline, nurture unity and mutual trust among feminists and women, and achieve prosperity and safety for women.

As seen in Japan, which adopted a constitutional parliamentary system in days gone by, in just 113 years, its total national production astonishingly increased twenty-eightfold, surpassing advanced Western nations. Thus, through the establishment of the International Women's Council and the formulation of the Women's Rights Constitution, the democratization of feminism will undoubtedly bring rapid political and economic growth for women, eliminating the gender economic disparity in no time.

We earnestly hope that you will wholeheartedly support this proposal and actively assist our cause.
