フィリピンでヘルパーさんを雇う際の取り決めまとめ（英語）

フィリピンで働く際にヘルパーさんをお願いしています。こちらは契約書ではなく仕事をしてもらう我が家のベーシックルールになります。ざくっとしていますがどなたかの参考になれば。

Drop off and pick up.（子供の送り迎え）
・Please be home before 7:20 am as my child and I leave home at 7:30 am.
　* Please take her to school at 7:30 am.
・Please pick her up at 11:45 am (but on Fridays, please pick her up at 12:45 pm as she has the after school till 13:00 pm).
・When you return from school, please get her to wash her hands with soap.
　* And please wash your hands too.

Work.（基本的な仕事）
・Please do the laundry and hang it out to dry.
　* In the afternoon, bring in the laundry.
　*Please do not use too much laundry detergent - just half of the cup is enough.
・Please iron the shirts and handkerchiefs.
　* You do not need to iron the t-shirts.
・Please clean the rooms (vacuum the floor first and then mop the floor).
・Please clean the shower room and the toilet bowl.
・Please clean the balcony with water.
・When I need you to go to the grocery store, I will leave you with a memo    and some money.
　* Please buy things at XX supermarket and give me the receipt.

Taking care of the child. （子供のお世話）
*Always let her do things by herself, please help her only when she asks for help.
・Please give my child her lunch once she returns home from school.
・Please let her eat by herself, and help her only if she asks for help.
・Please do not give any food or drink to her except what I allow or prepare.  Always give her what I prepare.
・Please refrain from blowing on the food.
・Please do not use the same spoon or fork that my child uses.
・If you can, please bring your own lunch and have lunch with my child.
・During lunch, please let my child eat by herself.
    *Please help her only when she asks you, or if she is unable to help herself.
・When she does not have the tutorial class, please take her to the      　　　  playground on the 10th floor.
・After returning from the playground, please let her wash her hands.
・Please do not kiss her on the mouth.
・The child's safety is the TOP PRIORITY during your work time.　
・Never hurt, hit, or shout at her.
・If she does something bad (such as take someone's toy without asking,        throw things, hurt someone and so forth) please explain to her why this is unacceptable.

Tutorial school.（習い事）
・My child goes to the tutorial school on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
・The driver comes to pick her up at 13:45 pm, so please make sure she finishes her lunch before she goes.
　*Please take her CR before she goes to school.
　*Please make sure she takes her jacket as the tutorial class is very cold.

Other (just in case).　（その他、念のため）
・You must not steal anything from my house.
・However, you can have a reasonable amount of water and charge the battery for your mobile phone.
・If you need to use any of our possessions, please ask for permission first.
