●What is Aikasa?

Aikasa is the first full-fledged umbrella sharing service in Japan, launched in December 2018. You can borrow and return umbrellas anywhere there is an Aikasa.

●Where is the Aikasa spot?
Aikasa is installed at stations, commercial facilities, convenience stores, universities, and other places that people use on a daily basis.
There are more than 1100 of them in Japan!

●Fees

There are two basic plans for Aikasa.

(1) Normal Plan: 110 yen (tax included) for 24 hours.
This is a plan where you are charged 110 yen for every 24 hours of use.
The billing stops after a maximum of 550 yen (tax included) within the same month, so you don't have to worry about overuse or forgetting to return items.
You can borrow and return the car as many times as you want for 110 yen for 24 hours, so it's very convenient to move around empty-handed at any time.

(2) "Unlimited Use Plan" for 280 yen per month (tax included)
This is a cheap subscription plan that costs only 280 yen per month, no matter how many times you use it!
If you are a heavy user who uses the service many times a month, or if you want to use Aikasa at a reasonable price, you can use it without worrying about the price, making it a very economical plan.

Registration

1)Tap "Rent
2) Select an area
3) Read the QR code on the spot.
4)Take out the umbrella and start renting.

Return

1)Tap "Return".
2) Select an area
3) Read the QR code on the spot.
4)Fold the umbrella and return it.

●Q＆A

Q： What is 24 hours from what time to what time?
A：For example, if you start using it at 8:00 in the morning, the price is 110 yen until 7:59 in the morning of the next day.

Q： If I rent two phones at the same time in a month, will the price be doubled?
A：You will be charged 110 yen for each rental, so if you rent them at the same time, the charge will be 220 yen. However, the charge will stop at the maximum 550 yen within the same month, so it will not cost you more than 550 yen even if you rent two.

Q：Are umbrellas charged one time at a time?
A：Not one at a time. It is 110 yen as many times as you want to borrow it again after returning it within 24 hours, so you can enjoy traveling without it.

Q：How much is it if I rent a car on the 20th of this month and return it on the 3rd of the following month?
A：Since you have rented for more than 6 days this month, the billing stops at 550 yen.
After that, you will be billed 220 yen for the next 3 days at the end of the following month. (For one umbrella)

Q：If I change from the unlimited plan to the regular plan, when will the change be applied?
A：The unlimited plan of 280 yen will be applied during the current month, and the regular plan will be applied from the following month.

Q：If I rent two phones, is it 560 yen?
A：It costs 280 yen even if you are renting two bottles.

Q：Does it cost more than 280 yen?
A：Only in case of loss of the umbrella, it will cost an additional 864 yen (tax included).
