Heavy Rain and Flood Warning 07/02/2024

It seems like it's raining all over the country. If it's just rain, that's fine, but a heavy rain and flood warning has been issued, and public transportation has come to a halt. If it's heavy rain in Hiroshima, where I live, JR trains won't run. While schools will be closed, I wish work would also be canceled – I’m sure I'm not the only one thinking this.
Well, even so, the Kure Line and the Geibi Line get suspended whenever it rains. It’s really inconvenient for the people living along these routes.

全国的に天気は雨のようだ。
ただの雨なら良いが、大雨洪水注意報が発表され、交通機関はストップする。
僕の住む、広島も大雨だったら、JRは動かない。
学校は休校となるが仕事も休みになればいいのにーと思うのは僕だけじゃないはず。
 
（うーん）それにしても、呉線と芸備線は雨が降ったら運休になる。
沿線の方々にとってなんとも不便だ。
