Hello.
Today I will post about my favorite japanese dishes.

I usually cook dinner everyday because I love cooking. I often cook “Nimono”, a dish in traditional Japanese cuisine.
It consists of some root and seasonal vegetables, mushrooms, fishes, and some meat with soysauce and sugar. I especially like a boiled dish of yellowtails and Japanese radishes, The yellowtail has a good flavor, and no oil is necessary, Also, because of the good flavor it’s enough just to add a small amount of salt and sugar. So nimono is one of the most healthy dishes in the world.
