挑戦依存症のUziです
今朝は撮影日で忙しくしてます
今日は入念に準備をして望んだおかげで
トラブルにもとくになく無事に撮影できました
まだまだですが前がひどすぎたので成長はしてる様です
まだ赤ちゃんがたってよちよち歩き出した感じやと思います
下手なところを晒す恥晒しマンですが、重要なのはどれだけ成長するか
ビビってたら何も始まりません、恥をさらせばチャレンジしやすくなるんです
さて、完璧に挑戦依存症になってますが、昨日ルービックキューブを極めました
まだ、3分以上もかかるのですが、1ヶ月の影の努力のおかげでやっと成果がでました
証拠動画を撮影したのでそのうち紹介できたらいいなっと思います。乞うご期待あれ!
また、ガレージに秘密基地作ってリモートワークしようチャレンジも昨日完了しました!
寒いしあまり集中できないけど、キャンプしながら働いてる感じになるので息抜きにはなれば
来月仲間と秘密基地でリモートワークパーティーを開催することが決定したのでその模様も紹介しますね
ガレージで働いてると近所の人が覗きに来るんです、それで雑談していい関係になったりすんですね
昨日は下に住んでる人と仲良くなりました、前にうるさいって2回注意され関係が悪かったのに
生産性は低かったけどガレージリモートウォークののおかげで仲良くなれたのはよい結果
今日は、朝はミーティング地獄で昼は歯医者なので今日も開発の生産性は低いです
こっちの仕事は、開発が遅れている時にめっちゃ会議をいれて圧力を入れてきがち
「そのせいでもっと開発が遅れるっちゅうねん!」(九州人の関西弁)
ってツッコミたい気持ちを抑えて、紳士に真摯に寡黙にやるだけ

Good morning!
I'm Uzi, a challenge freak.
I was busy this morning with a YouTube shooting day.
Today, thanks to the careful preparation.
I was able to shoot it without any troubles. (Which is a very rare case)
I'm not there yet, but I was a disaster before, so I guess I'm making some progress.
I am still tottering around like a baby.
I am a shameless man who exposes my ineptitude, but the important thing is how much I can grow from there.
You can't start anything if you're scared, Having a shame makes it easier to challenge yourself.
Now, I'm a perfect challenge addict, I mastered the Rubik's Cube yesterday!
It still takes more than three minutes, but a month of shadowy effort has finally paid off!
I've taken a video for proof and I hope to introduce it soon. Stay tuned!
Also, I completed the "building a secret base in my garage and remote work from there" challenge has been ticked.
It's cold and it's hard to concentrate much, but I felt like working while camping, so it was a nice to break.
I'm going to hold a remote work party with my friends at a secret base next month. Let's see how it goes.
When I work in the garage, my neighbours come over to check on me, so we can chat and get to know each other better.
I got to know the guy who lives downstairs yesterday after he warned me twice before that he was annoying our noise so we had a bad relationship.
It wasn't very productive, but thanks to the garage remote walk, we got to know each other better, which is a good thing.
Today, I have a morning filled up with meetings and there will be a dentist appointment on this afternoon., so development productivity will be low again today! But it is ok. That is how I live.
In our business, they tend to hold a lot of meetings and put pressure on us when we are behind in development.
That's going to delay more development.
I'm just going to suppress the urge to tweak it and do it in a gentlemanly and sincere reticence.
