残り25日 今日のルーティン(習慣、作業)

✅モーニングルーティン(4時起床>☕>ベッドメイク>体重測定>音読15分>本業3時間>ブログ作業30分>散歩30分>ビジョンボード・目標・セルフイメージ眺める>☕>みんチャレ投稿 >9時仕事開始)

✅半日断食(15時間は珈琲と水以外口にしない)
✅一日600カロリー以上燃焼(Apple WatchのMoveリングを閉じる)
✅1万2千歩
✅引き寄せの法則(一日一善、他社貢献、寄付、感謝、掃除)

おはようございます
今日は習慣について書きます
習慣がすべてという話はよく聞きます
私も習慣の大切さは誰よりもわかってます
習慣を極めることにより意志力を消費しないで
成功へ行けるベストな早道、それが習慣を極める事
ただ、たまにはその習慣を自ら壊すって作業も必要だと思う
習慣の事だけやってたら同じ景色しか見えないからつまらなくなる
たまには違うことをすることにより、違った刺激を得られることもある
たまには一休みして習慣に縛られず、自分の心のままに行動することもよい
ただ、休みすぎるとまた習慣に戻るのがしんどくなる、バランスが重要だと思う
習慣をストイックに遣り続けるのは、休み無しに山登りをしてるようなもの
休んでもよい、スピードを落としてもよい、違うルートをいってもよい
ゴールを見失わず、その時その時一歩一歩楽しみながら進もう
景色を楽しみながら 仲間と楽しみながら 確実に
休み過ぎず 飛ばし過ぎず 淡々と進め
そしたら頂上に、そのうち着く
曇っていても達成感はある
晴れてたらご褒美

25 days to go. Today's Activities (Routines, Habits and Tasks)

✅Morning routine (Wake up at 4am > Make my bed > ☕ > Weigh myself > Read a book aloud for 30min> Work for 3 hours > Blogging for 30min> Look at vision board/goals/self image >  ☕ > Start working )

++++Below are from 9AM yesterday until now++++
✅Half-day fasting (No food except coffee and water for 15 hours)
✅Burn over 600 calories a day (Close the Move ring on my Apple Watch)
✅Walk more than 12,000 steps
✅Boost my luck (One good thing a day, Contribution for others, Donation, Gratitude, Cleaning)

Good morning.
Today I'm going to write about habits.
I've heard a lot of people say that habits are everything.
I know better than anyone the importance of habits.
You don't have to consume your willpower by mastering the habit.
The best and fastest way to success is to master your habits.
But I think sometime we need to break our habits.
If we just do the habit all the time, we get bored because you'll only see the same view again and again.
Sometimes doing something different can provide a different kind of inspiration.
Sometimes it's good to take a break and follow your heart and not be bound by habit
But if you take too much time off, it's hard to get back into the habit, I think it's important to find the right balance
Continuing to do habits stoically is like climbing a mountain without a break.
You can rest, you can slow down, you can take a different route.
Don't lose sight of the goal and enjoy every step of the way
Make sure for enjoying the view, having fun with your friends on the way.
Don't rest too much, don't stick to the habits too much, just move along with some fun.
Then we'll get to the top eventually.
Even if it's cloudy, we will get great accomplishment feeling.
If it's sunny, you will have a great view of success.
Just do it.
