✅食べすぎない(腹七分目、デザートは3時のおやつのみ)

14 days to go. Today's Activities (Routines, Habits and Tasks)

✅Morning routine (Wake up at 4am > Make my bed > ☕ > Weigh myself >Work for 3 hours > Look at vision board/goals/self image > Reading English book aloud for 20 min>  Blogging for 2 hours> Take a walk with listening audiobook for 1 hour  > ☕ > Start working @9 AM)

✅Half-day fasting (No food except coffee and water for 15 hours)
✅Burn over 600 calories a day (Close the Move ring on my Apple Watch)
✅Walk more than 10,000 steps
✅Boost my luck (One good thing a day, Contribution for others, Donation, Gratitude, Cleaning)

Good morning,
This is Uzi in normal operation.
I am finally back to normal operation.
I can now focus on YouTube and Blog work.
I've been away for a while due to the intense work on my main job.
The habits were disrupted and the feeling of bewilderment was overwhelming.
It's been a while since I've thought of a blog post.
Twenty-three stories fell from the sky like a waterfall!
I've only ever been able to come up with two or three a week, no matter how hard I tried.
I came up with 23 in an hour yesterday, which is kind of scary in reverse.
I think the hardest part of the blogging process is coming up with a story.
I've ever had to struggle so hard to get out of that time.
Maybe it means that getting out of the habit can have such a positive outcome...
From now on, I can only bring you the good stuff, carefully selected from the many stories available ✌
Now, I am running a challenge to close the channel if we don't reach 100 subscribers by the end of this year.
The situation is still tough. I've got about 50 subscribers now, and if I don't get 50 more in the next 5 months...
The only way to do this is to write a good story and go steadily and hastily.
Now I'm so happy to finally get back into my habits.
I'm going to take it one step at a time.
