やっと週末が来ました!
かなり仕事しまくり状態です
メディア発信作業を疎かにし過ぎてます
仕事をしまくると責任感が満たされていいんですが
早朝のゴールデンタイムに理想の習慣ができてないので
足踏みしている感じっす。YouTubeのストックがなくなってきたし
ネタの筆も進まないしかなりやばいすらんぷ状況になってきたかもしれない
仕事の方で成長を感じるし焦らず体制を整えて一歩ずつやっていくしかないですね
何をしてもうまく行かない状態の時は、皆様はどう対処してますでしょうか?
私はとにかく外出して自然の中で運動し日を浴びするようにしてます。
あとは友達や仲間と笑顔で話したり、美味しいものを食べたりと
足が前に進まない時は無理に動かず心が求めてる通りにし
自分の心と体を癒やしながらゆっくり行動
今日もいつも以上にまったりしよう
3歩進んだら2歩下がります!

✅Morning routine (wake up at 4am > make my bed > ☕ > weigh myself > look at vision board/goals/self image > Blog for 1 hour > Surf for 2 hrs   > ☕ )

✅Half-day fasting (No food except coffee and water for 15 hours)
✅Burn over 600 calories a day (Close the Move ring on my Apple Watch)
✅Walk more than 14,000 steps
✅Boost my luck (One good thing a day, Contribution for others, Donation, Gratitude, Cleaning)

Good morning!
The weekend is finally here!
I have been quite busy with my work.
I have not done much tasks for myselfs for days.
It's nice to have a sense of responsibility filled when I am busy with my work.
But I feel i am westing my precious time in the morning as i did not do much ideal habits because I work hard in  morning.
I feel like I'm at a standstill, and I'm running out of YouTube stock
I'm not making any progress with my story brushes, and I might be in a pretty dire situation.
I feel like I'm improving myself in my work, and I'm not in a hurry to get a system in place and just have to take it one step at a time.
How do you deal with a situation where nothing you do works?
I just try to go out and exercise and sunbathe in nature.
I also try to smile and talk with friends and colleagues and eat good food.
When your feet don't move forward, you don't force yourself to move, you do what your heart tells you to do.
Act slowly while you heal your mind and body
Let's make today even more relaxing than usual.
Three steps forward, two steps back!
