おはようさんです
昨日歩きまくりました!
4時間, 2万2千歩, 15キロ
今まで行ったことのない所を歩くと
いろんな新たな発見があって刺激になる
ジブリ映画にでてきそうな絵葉書のような景色
そんな綺麗な場所にいる人はみな笑顔で素敵な感じ
葉っぱや木に触れたり、たまにいる猫や犬と戯れてみたり
頑張ってる褒美に、贅沢ランチや贅沢デザートタイムをしたり
これを一人ではなく家族と経験できるってのが最高の至福なんです
家にいるとしないような、大事な話をさりげなくしてみたり
くだらない話やゲームをしながら一歩一歩進んでいく
そんな仲間と共に感じる達成感は楽しい限り
家族の絆がもっと強くなったかも
今日は体がバキバキなので
まったりゴロゴロします

✅Morning routine (wake up at 4am > make my bed > ☕ > weigh myself > look at vision board/goals/self image > Blog for 2 hour > ☕ )

✅Half-day fasting (No food except coffee and water for 15 hours)
✅Burn over 600 calories a day (Close the Move ring on my Apple Watch)
✅Walk more than 22,000 steps
✅Boost my luck (One good thing a day, Contribution for others, Donation, Gratitude, Cleaning)

Good morning
I walked all over yesterday!
4 hours, 22,000 steps, 15km.
We walked somewhere we've never been before.
All sorts of new discoveries are exciting.
Seeing unexpected Postcard-perfect scenery that looks like something out of a Ghibli movie.
All the people in such a beautiful place are smiling and nice.
We touched the leaves and trees and play with a cat or dog sometimes.
As a reward for our hard work, we had a lavish lunch and dessert.
It's the greatest bliss to be able to experience this with my family instead of doing it alone.
We chatted a bit some important things casually that we don't usually do at home.
We took a step at a time, talking and playing silly stories and games.
The feeling of accomplishment with family was the greatest bliss.
It could have made our family relationship stronger.
I'm just so beat up today. I'm just going to toss and turn.
