仕事もやりたい作業だけする
朝は波乗りをしてリフレッシュ
一見さぼってるように見えますが
水曜日は私にとってとても重要な日
斬新なアイディアや日々の感謝の気持ち
難題が簡単に解けたり悩みがなくなったり
波乗りすると最高なハッピーな一日が始まる
波乗りだけじゃなく適度な運動を毎朝やるだけで
心配事は消え新たなポジティブな一歩が踏み出せる
辛いことがある方や悩みがある人は1に運動2に運動
自分を幸せにすることですべてがポジティブに見えるよ
今日は最近作ったガレージの秘密基地で一日中作業しよう

✅Morning routine (Wake up at 4 am> ☕ > Scale me> Look at vision board/goals/self-image> Reading English aloud for 30 min (Affirmation, A blog post)> Surfing> ☕ > Take a walk with listening audiobook for 30 min  > ☕ > Start working @9 AM)

✅Half-day fasting (No food except coffee and water for 15 hours)
✅Burn over 600 calories a day (Close the Move ring on my Apple Watch)
✅Walk more than 10,000 steps
✅Boost my luck (One good thing a day, Contribution for others, Donation, Gratitude, Cleaning)

Good morning.
Wednesday is a mid-week break for me.
A day to play around.
I only do the tasks I want to do.
I surfed in the morning
Wednesday is a very important day for me.
Fresh ideas and daily gratitude will be boosted.
Difficult problems are easy to solve and worries are gone on Wednesday.
Surfing is the best way to start a happy day
Not only surfing but just by doing moderate exercise every morning,
worry will be gone and a new positive step will be taken easily.
If you're having a hard time or have a problem, Do an exercise in the morning.
You know, making yourself happy makes everything look positive.
Today, I'll work all day in the secret garage I recently built.
