義のために迫害されてきた人たちは、さいわいである、天国は彼らのものである。
マタイ 5：10【口語訳】
 
Blessed are those who have been persecuted for righteousness’ sake,

信仰者は、主イエスのために迫害されることが、天国への祝福であり幸いであると信じています。

この教えは、私たちが信仰生活で実践すべき重要な原則を示しています。主イエスのために進む道に立ち向かう際、迫害や非難に直面しても、私たちは喜びを持ち、神の国への希望を抱くことができるのです。
私は、主イエスのために生きることが幸いであると信じ、その道を進む勇気を持つことができるようにと祈ります。
 
This passage of Scripture is part of Jesus Christ's Sermon on the Mount and contains important lessons for the faithful. This teaching indicates that there are blessings for those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake. Several important points emerge from this teaching.

Jesus states that blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake. This blessing is different, distinctive and indeed important from other blessings.
Righteousness means following God and the Lord Jesus. The fact that it is blessed to be persecuted for the sake of the Lord Jesus emphasises that we are to walk in God's way.
2. the prophets were persecuted in the same way:
The Lord Jesus asks whether we can say amen to today's teaching. The fact is that those who are blessed with the first seven blessings will also be blessed with the eighth.
It is necessary to understand that this blessing is only the blessing of those who are persecuted for the sake of righteousness and because of the Lord Jesus.
3. it is blessed to be persecuted for the sake of the Lord Jesus:
We are often condemned simply because of our own faults, and we are often too concerned about our own reputation to take a stand in condemnation for the Lord Jesus.
Being persecuted for the sake of the Lord Jesus is a clear sign that we have been made children of God and a sure sign of praise from God.
This teaching lays down important principles that we should put into practice in our life of faith. In confronting persecution and condemnation as we face the road ahead for the Lord Jesus, we can rejoice and have hope for the Kingdom of God.
I pray that we may believe that it is a blessing to live for the Lord Jesus and that we may have the courage to follow that path.
