「よるごはんmeeting」Season2！

Season2

Season1からのメンバーや新メンバーも加わって、Season2ならではのカラーになってきました！

「よるごはんmeeting」Season2は、企業コラボ企画です。

Givers（「よるごはんmeeting」の参加者たち）は、7月5日のDay6の日に
企業向けに「すべての人にとって働きやすい組織とは」について
プレゼンを行い、その後、日本企業の方々との交流会を行います。

With both members from Season 1 and new members joining Season 2 has taken on its unique color!
"Yorugohan meeting" Season 2 is a collaboration project with Japanese companies.
Givers (participants of "Yorugohan meeting") will give a presentation on "Creating a more inclusive work environment for Everyone" for the companies on Day 6, July 5th, followed by an exchange session with Japanese business professionals.

Day1~Day5の話し合い

Giversは「日本で働いていて感じること」「自国の職場環境と比べて改善できるところ」について話し合いを重ねてきました。

日本の企業文化が生まれた背景についても考えました。
「その文化を尊重したい」という声もありました。

Givers discussed how they feel while working in Japan and areas where improvements can be made compared to their countries' work environments. They also considered the background that contributed to Japan's corporate culture. Some Givers mentioned the importance of respecting that culture.

話し合いの中で感じたこと

Giversが日本の働く環境について感じていることを聞くうちに、外国出身だから感じることではなく、実は国内の多くの人達が働く中で感じていることではないか、と気づくことが多くありました。

様々な国で働いた経験や生活した経験があるGiversの声に耳を傾け、
ヒントをもらうことは、結局は、全ての多様な私たちにとって
働きやすい環境を作っていくことに繋がるのだと感じました。

While listening to what Givers felt about working in Japan, it became clear that many of these experiences were not unique to foreigners but instead shared by many people in our workplaces.
By paying attention to the voices of Givers who have worked and lived in various countries, we realized that receiving insights from them ultimately leads to creating a comfortable work environment for all of us.

Giversの想いが詰まったプレゼンテーション

発表には、Giversが自分たちらしく伝えられるようにと考えた短い劇も織り交ぜられています。

The presentations also include short plays.

本番を前に、

「私たちだから伝えられることがある。」

「この劇のストーリーのような経験を実際に体験した！」

「だからこそ伝えたい！」

と意気込む声もありました。

At the rehearsal, there were voices expressing enthusiasm, saying:

"We have something unique to share because of us."

"I've personally experienced a story similar to this short play!"

"That's why I want to convey it!"

佐藤巧アナウンサーに来ていだだきました！

発表をより良いものにするために、Day4、Day5で
プロアナウンサーである佐藤巧（さとうたくみ）さんに講師として来ていただきました。
伝わりやすい話し方や、その人のことを、もっと知りたくなる自己紹介などを学びました。

To enhance their presentations further, on Days 4 and 5, we had the honor of having Mr. Takumi Sato, a professional announcer, as a lecturer. We learned about effective communication techniques, such as making the presentation more relatable and delivering introductions that make people want to know more about the speaker.

佐藤巧アナウンサー

Giversは、佐藤アナウンサーのアドバイスを受け、みるみる上達し、自信を持って話せるようになりました。

プレゼンの中で行う劇も、佐藤アナウンサーのアドバイスで、
メリハリがつき、一体感が生まれ、イキイキとしたものになりました。

Givers received advice from Mr. Sato, the announcer, and their speaking skills improved rapidly, enabling them to confidently speak.
Thanks to Mr. Sato's advice, the plays performed during the presentation gained dynamicity, creating a sense of unity and liveliness.

よるごはんmeeting参加者同士の絆

Day1〜Day5の準備を通して、劇の練習をしたり、リハーサルを終えて、達成感からかお互いにハイタッチをしたりする姿にGivers同士の絆が芽生えていることが垣間見れました。

Throughout the practice from Day 1 to Day 5, we witnessed the budding of camaraderie among Givers as they practiced with smiles, celebrated with high fives after rehearsals, and felt a sense of accomplishment.

いよいよDay6！Giveの日！

7月5日（水）は企業に向けてプレゼンをする日です！
