呼吸器の使用に初めは否定的だった患者が、様々な過程を経て最終的に医療者に自分の意思を告げるという場面。（だった気がする）

Are people overwhelmingly passive against heir lives?
Should "patients" strive to live?
Is death an abomination?
Does our society make it so?
