Practice Yishuikong（一水空） together In Mid-Autumn Festival!

At Utah's County Library, they hold an annual Mid-Autumn Moon Festival. This year, my Baguazhang disciples and I participated again.

For the first time, we invited the audience to join us in practicing Yishuikong. When I called out, nearly all the children in the venue came up to the stage!

One of the great aspects of Yishuikong is that anyone, regardless of age or experience, can quickly get involved and immediately feel a sense of unity.
We experienced this once again! The children mimicked what they saw and earnestly practiced Yishuikong!
Afterward, the library organizers said: "This time, the Yishuikong performance was the best!" I was honored to receive a thank-you letter from the library!

ユタのカントリライブラリー、毎年中秋の名月フェスティバルを行っています。
今年も、私と八卦掌弟子たちは参加しましたをしました。

今回は、初めての試みとして、観客たちとを誘って、一緒に一水空をしました。
声を掛けましたら、会場ほとんどの子供たちはステージに来ました！

一水空の良さの一つとして、
年齢や経験に関係なく、誰にでもすぐに入ることができて、
あっという間に一体感を味わうことができます。

今回も、こんな気持ちよさを得られました！
子供たちは見てみ真似て、真剣に一水空を行いました！
