雇佣社会势力：
2011年11月13日，他们派小偷上门盗窃，家中首饰、电脑、相机，包括香烟在内，全被盗取一空。
2013年6月19日，他们派来了黑社会进行打砸逼迁。我母亲许冬青触发心脏病急救时，黑社会成员跟到医院进行恐吓威胁。随后达到医院的女警称我母亲装病，示意医生不要救助。

Employment of social forces:
On November 13, 2011, they sent a thief to break into the house, stealing all jewelry, computers, cameras, and even cigarettes.
On June 19, 2013, they deployed the underworld to vandalize and force relocation. When my mother, Xu Dongqing, suffered a heart attack, members of the underworld followed her to the hospital, intimidating and threatening. Subsequently, a female police officer at the hospital claimed my mother was faking illness, signaling doctors not to provide assistance.
裏社会の雇用:
2011年11月13日、関係者は盗人を差し向けて、我が家を襲撃し、貴金属、パソコン、カメラ、そしてタバコまで、少しでも価値のある物は全て盗み去った。
2013年6月19日、関係者は再び裏社会の手を使い、暴力で強制的な転居を強いてきた。その結果、母は心臓発作を起こし、救急車で病院に搬送されたが、裏社会のメンバーは病院まで追いかけ、脅迫してきた。その後、病院に到着した女性警官は、母が仮病を使ってると言い、医師たちに何もしないように暗に示唆した。
刀把子打压：
2014年2月14日，在诉金坛公安局行政不作为中，金坛区人民法院称必须提供组织机构代码才能立案，我和杨丽到金坛公安局咨询时先被时任华城派出所所长尹黎平以砸烂玻璃门为由抓到派出所拘禁24个小时，后被以扰乱单位秩序为由罚款200元。此案，“报案人”为时任金坛公安局办公室主任的孔海军。
我姐妹俩被拘禁期间，尹黎平要和我父亲谈拆迁。
Official power and coercion:
On February 14, 2014, when we filed a lawsuit against the administrative inaction of Jin Tan Public Security Bureau, the Jin Tan District People's Court insisted on providing an organizational code before accepting the case. Upon consulting at Jin Tan Public Security Bureau, my sister Yang Li and I were initially arrested by the then director of Huacheng Police Station, Yin Liping, on the pretext of breaking a glass door and were detained for 24 hours. Later, we were fined 200 yuan on charges of disrupting unit order. The " complainant" in this case was Kong Haijun, then director of the office of Jin Tan Public Security Bureau.
During the detention of my two sisters, Yin Liping wanted to discuss demolition with my father.
警察の権力乱用:
2014 年 2 月 14 日、警察の不作為に対して提訴した時に、人民法院の要求に従い、被告である公安局に組織コードを聞きに行った私達姉妹は、冤罪を被せられ、24時間の拘束と200元の罰金を科せられました。この事件の被害者面をした通報者は、公安局の役人である孔海军だった。
二人が拘束されている間、拘束を指揮した尹黎平は父に立ち退きの話を要求して来た。
2014年11月17日，金坛住建委伞下国企新城建设投资发展有限公司违法施工破坏我家唯一的通行道路（东环一路南延）。我妹杨丽多次报警要求警方制止违法施工行为。结果，我父母、我妹三人全部被抓，我妹被以妨碍公务为由拘留7天。此案，“报案人”和带队抓人的还是尹黎平，在现场，他曾几次威胁有持枪。
On November 17, 2014, under the jurisdiction of the JinTan Housing and Urban-Rural Development Committee, the state-owned enterprise New City Construction Investment Development Co., Ltd. engaged in illegal construction, damaging our only access road (Southern Extension of Donghuan First Road).
My sister Yang Li repeatedly reported these violations to the police, requesting intervention. However, my parents and my sister were all arrested, with my sister detained for 7 days on charges of obstructing official duties.
In this case, the "complainant" was once again Yin Liping, who led the team for the arrests and, at the scene, made several threats, claiming to have firearms.
2014年11月17日、金壇市所有の国有企業が違法工事を行い、我が家唯一の通行道路を破壊し、妹の楊麗はこれらの違反行為を繰り返し警察に通報し、介入を求めたが、結局両親と妹は全員逮捕され、妹は公務執行妨害の容疑で7日間の拘留を受けた。この事件の「被害者」と「通報者」は派出所所長だった尹黎平であった、彼は現場で何度も銃を持っていると三人に脅迫をかけた
2016年1月8日，金坛住建委伞下建设产业集团有限公司非法强占我家承包耕地建设钱资湖大道，将我家地上大量名贵树木损毁。至今，公安不立案，相关部门不补偿不赔偿。
2016年4月，我们获知，金坛区政府违反法律规定不进行补偿和赔偿的原因是，上级部门曾作出先拆房屋，后对地上农作物进行赔偿的要求。
On January 8, 2016, the Construction Industry Group Co., Ltd., under the jurisdiction of the JinTan Housing and Urban-Rural Development Committee, unlawfully seized our contracted farmland, destroying valuable trees to construct a road. Despite this illegal infringement case, the police have yet to file a case, and relevant authorities have not provided compensation or restitution.
In April 2016, we learned that the reason for the JinTan District Government's refusal to compensate was a directive from higher authorities, which required demolishing houses first and compensating for crops later.
2016年1月8日、別の金壇市所有の国有企業が正当な手続きなしに父が育てた木々を壊し、道路建設を始めた。しかし、私たちの通報に対し、警察は未だにこの損害事件に立件しておらず、関係部門も相応な補償や賠償を拒否している。
2016年4月になり、我々が知ったのは、金壇当局が賠償を拒否したのは、家屋を取り壊さないと農作物の賠償をしないという上級当局からの指示があったからだ。
2017年11月，中国银行金坛分行横街支行行长汤晓军诈骗案发，我父亲被汤晓军诈骗130万元人民币。金坛公安立案后压案不查。针对我们的询问，办案民警称：你们会告政府、告公安的，你们去告好了。
In November 2017, the fraud case involving Tang Xiaojun, the branch manager of the Hengjie Sub-branch of China Bank Jin Tan Branch, came to light. My father was defrauded of ¥1.3 million Chinese Yuan. Although Jin Tan Public Security initiated a case, further investigation has not taken place. The investigating police, in response to our inquiries, stated, “If you want to sue the government or the police, go ahead and do it.”
2017年11月、中国銀行の支店長である湯暁軍による詐欺事件が発覚し、父は130万元をだまし取られた。警察は刑事事件として立件したものの、それ以降の捜査は行われていなく、私たちが捜査の進捗について尋ねると、帰って来たのは「政府や公安局を相手に訴訟を起こせばいい、訴えたいならどうぞ」という返答だった。
上访后・After petitioning・陳情した後
2023年2月，我妈和我妹到北京上访之后，当局开始对我家人进行24小时跟踪监视、窃听我们的微信聊天进行绑架拦截。
截止同年10月，当局先后对我我妈和我妹进行了8次绑架拦截，他们不让两人看病。在绑架拦截的过程中，他们指使施暴者对两人进行暴力殴打，他们明知两人病情严重却有意长时间拒绝提供饮食和药物，他们甚至不让两人上厕所。
同年9月，当局派人假装成医护人员将在北大一院住院等待手术中的我妈绑架出来扔到江苏的路上。
同月，他们越权执法炮制假案拘留我妹，该案没有”报案人“，作出拘留决定的依然是孔海军。

In February 2023, following my mother and sister's petition in Beijing, authorities initiated 24-hour surveillance, wiretapping our WeChat conversations to gather information and carried out abductions.
By October of the same year, authorities executed eight abduction incidents, preventing my mother and sister from seeking medical care. During these abductions, authorities instructed assailants to resort to violent attacks. Despite the severe health conditions of both individuals, they deliberately prolonged the denial of proper food and medication, even restricting basic necessities such as restroom access.
In September, authorities disguised as medical personnel abducted my mother, who was awaiting surgery at Peking University First Hospital, and left her on a road in Jiangsu.
During the same month, they abused their authority, concocted false charges, and detained my sister without a "complainant," with the detention decision still made by Kong Haijun.
2023年2月、北京での母と妹の陳情を受けて、金壇当局は24時間監視と尾行を始め、WeChatでの会話を盗聴し、拉致や暴行を行いました。
同年の10月までに、当局は8回も拉致を実行し、母と妹は通院妨害され続け、持病の治療を受けることができなくなりました。拉致犯行時に二人は深刻な健康状態でありながらも、関係者は加害者に対し、二人に暴力の実行と飲食や薬の摂取禁止、また御手洗の使用禁止の指示をした。
同年9月、北京大学第一医院で手術を待っていた母親が、医療関係者を装った何者かに拉致され、江蘇省の道端に放置されました。同月、金壇警察は職権を乱用し、冤罪をでっち上げ、同病院にいた妹の楊麗を江蘇省に拉致して10日間の拘留を行いました。この拘留決定を下したのは公安局役人の孔海軍でした。
我相信，来自当局的迫害不会停止。因为他们说了，我家人不可以去北京…
I believe the persecution from the authorities will not cease, as they have explicitly stated that my family is not allowed to go to Beijing…
当局からの迫害はこれからも続くでしょう。その理由は、金壇公安が私の親族は北京に行ってはいけないと言っているからです…
