(一言ジャーナリング風味チャレンジ0--)2019.09.17

疲れてフラフラ。帰ってきて食事してすぐに就寝。睡眠時間本当に大事。
最近読んでいる本。若干脅かしすぎ感もあるけど睡眠が必要なのは間違いないしショートスリーパーが(ごく稀に実在しつつも大半は)都市伝説レベルなのもわかる。
睡眠こそ最強の解決策である

photo:大根サラダ市販にサラダチキンスモーク(スーパーのもの。純粋に味で選ぶと一番糖質が低く1g未満)、永谷園お吸い物(味噌汁スープは糖質面でほぼ全滅の中これも1g未満)。商店街の魚屋さんのホタテ刺身(一つの小商店街に魚屋さんが3つあるという奇跡)。渋谷区の北側〜中野区はデパートも近いしネット通販も早いし商店街はかなり頑張ってるし本当に生活しやすい。
