ちょこっと英語日記【早起きのコツとは。の巻】

1、先ずは日本語で。

昨日は、運動をせず半身浴をして早めに就寝しました。
最近就寝時間が徐々に遅くなりつつありますが、起床時間は変わらないので、体をしっかり休めようと思いました。
誰かが言っていました。早起きのコツは早く寝ることです!

2、グーグル先生と相談。

Yesterday, I went to bed a little earlier than usual after I took a half bath.
(So, I didn’t do my daily exercise.)
Lately, the time I go to bed have been gradually late, but on the other hand, the time I waked up was same, so I thought I need more time to sleep.
Someone said, “a tips to wake up early is to go to bed early!”


3、ネイティブ先生の添削。(二人から!)

一人目

Yesterday, I went to bed a little earlier than usual after I took a bath.

二人目

Yesterday, I went to bed a little earlier than usual after I took a mini bath (So I didn’t do my daily exercise).
Lately, the time I’ve been going to bed has become gradually later, but somehow, the time I wake up is still the same.
I’ve been thinking I probably need more time to sleep.
Someone once said, “A good tip for waking up early, is to go to bed earlier!”
