ちょこっと英語日記【反面教師という考え方。の巻】

１、先ずは日本語で。

私の会社の上司で、仕事はできるけれどもいつも誰かの悪口を言っている上司がいます。
その行動は尊敬できないし、私はそうなりたくないと反面教師にしています。

２、グーグル先生と相談。

In my company, there are few people who is good at their work but also always got a trash talk someone and complain to something.
They tend to gossip about their co-workers and bosses.
I believe this behavior is really something not to look up to, so I think they are examples of how not to behave.

３、ネイティブ先生の添削。

→悪口

■仕事ができる人
→people who work well

■ 反面教師
→examples of how not to behave

正しい人間、出来すぎている人間など存在しないと分かっています。

誰でも間違いがあります。

それゆえ、過去の失敗を引きずり出してその人の人格を否定するような言動は控えるべきです。

特大ブーメランとして自分に返ってきますし、何よりそんな不毛なことをしている時間自体が無駄だと思います。

この気持ち、忘れないでおこう。
