seven the youth (ultraseven for adults) #45 it has come

Monday, training in hospital
Tuesday, diagnosis in hospital
Wednesday, training in hospital
Thursday, interview in hospital

This week, HATAORI Kazuo comes to hospital four times,
the hospital in Ochanomizu.
Yesterday Wednesday, the 30th hospital training was finished,
the training for returning to work.

Today Thursday, he has an interview with Mr. REIZEN, vice principal.
Mr. REIZEN moved to the same school at the same school year,
and has been supporting Kazuo since he began leaving work.

When Kazuo knows that he will move to another school next year,
he feel less and less worried about returning to work.
He has overcome the hard training thanks to Mr. REIZEN,
so he has been filled with sadness and uneasiness.

After the interview, Kazuo keeps on walking aimlessly.

(I'd not like to be such a painful world,
but no courage to commit suicide.
I'd rather go to another planet.)

Kazuo finds himself surrounded by a countless number of cherry blossoms.
The park is filled with a lot of visitors for watching those SAKURA flowers.
The flowers makes his mind hurt more and more painfully.

(That's why I dislike SAKURA.)

Kazuo turns to the left at Tenjin-cho crossroad behind the park,
finding many people standing in line in front of a ramen shop.
One day, he doesn't remember, a friend of his told him it is a good shop.

(I'll eat it.)

But his complex mind prevents him from remember
its taste and even what he ordered.

Leaving the shop, he starts walking again.
How long he continued walking, he do not know.

Looking up and find a large pink sign shining vividly,
which says to him, "NEW SAKURA."
The neon sign attracts him into the long shop curtain.

At the Youth hideout, the radar has caught unidentified flying objects.
The number of flying object is increasing one after another.
They cannot be seen with naked eyes from the EARTH,
but they are approaching closer and closer.

"They'll INVADE, won't they?" AMABE

I've not been sure yet.  Keep on wathing them." KIRIYA

"YES HOPE (Roger) !"

Having received, Kazuo is led to the small waiting room,
where a high school baseball game is played in the big TV monitor.
He lights a free cigarette and waits for his name being called.
Almost everybody is usually excited before he meets the girl.

She is perfect for him.

"Is it a hot day today?"

"Yes,  a little hot."

"Is this your first time, this kind of shop?"

"No, but my first time here."

KONOYO, her professional name,
is dressed in reddish like a police woman,
saying she comes from Hchinohe, Aomori.

KONOYO hangs his jacket
and tells him to sit on the bed,
taking off his shirt and socks.

"Calm or cool.  You, accustomed?"

"Not at all.  I'm nurvous, of course."

After stripping him naked,
she drops her skirt and scanties to the floor.

The bathtub has already been filled with warm water.

After having been washed all ever his body, he takes a bath.
She also soaks in the same hot water,
on which he finds SAKURA petals floating.

When their eyes meet, she holds his body tender
with an extraordinarily unearthly smile.
And he holds her small and soft body as tender as he can.
She wears star-shaped pierces on her ears.

"Couldn' be better.  Just good enough for me."

"What is it?" she whispers around his ear.

"I'd like to go to another world together."

"What has happened to you?"

"Mm. I have great difficulty living as I am."    

"You are tired for your age.  You look young."

"No, I'm not so young as I look, but I'm healed just like this".

"I know.  Do as you like, please."

The number of the flying objects finally reaches to one hundred.
Ten out of them approaches as if cheery petals fell to the ground.
They easily pass through PROJECT BLUE (#19),
the protective barrier covering all over the EARTH.
And they appear in the sky over TOKIO,
and start attacking the Youth hideout, Mt. Takao.

"YES HOPE!" SOMA

"""HAWK3 is go."""

"YES HOPE!" FURUDA

 Clearly, two HAWKS are stronger than ten flying saucers,
and another ten has been easily shot down to the ground.

"Easy, isn't it, SOMA?"

"Yes, but be careful all the time, FURUDA."

"YES HOPE!"

On the bed, KONOYO starts attacking Kazuo.
But he does not feel anything better.
He would rather lie hand in hand or hold eath other.

"No good?  What can I do  for you?"

"It depends on you, professional."

MOROBOSHI identifies the flying saucers falling 
together with the cherry petals on Mt. Takao.

(Strange, all of them are unmanned.
There must be a mother controlling them somewhere.)

"I don't know what to do.  My attacks don't work at all."

"No way.  I cannot erect my son. 
But you aren't to blame.  I feel good enough."

"No.  I want to take you to another world, absolutely."

Two HAWKS have already beaten 99 out of 100 flying saucers. 

"The last one.  Which of us will get it, SOMA?"

"You'll get it, FURUDA."

However,  the last saucer is quite different from the others,
so HAWK3 is attacked and FURUDA is obliged to escape.

"Be careful, SOMA.  I was NOT so careless."

"YES HOPE!"

KONOYO gets her attack to be different.

"How do you feel?  You must be feeling good."

"Mm, what happens?"

"Let's unite.  Let's go to another planet."

 Kazuo feels like losing his consciousness.

"What are you, KONOYO?"

Even a professional sniper SOMA has shot down by the last.

(That is a mother ship controlling the other flying saucers.)

Putting on red glasses, MOROBOSHI teleports into the ship,
where he finds an alien in red clothes, red shoes, and red hat.

"What are you?"

"I am an alien PEROLYNGA 
from the 68th planet PEROLYNGA, the nebula PINIA.
I've come to INVADE the EARTH."

"I see.  You aren't COMRADE.
If not, the EARTH will be INVADEd.
So I'll have to attack you soon."

The last saucer accurately attack the Youth hideout.

"Oh no.  Turn the level of our barrier to the limit, AMABE."

Neither if MOROBOSHI's attacks, EYE SLUGGER or ULTRA BEAM, do well,
because they go through the alien's body as if he were fighting with a ghost.

"No substance.  It's in some other place."

Kazuo feel like loving KONOYO,
because she devotes herself to him both physically and mentally.
It is natural that it is her own job, but he feels so much love for the first time.

Kazuo accurately attacks KONOYO with all his experience form his lifetime
Her small and pretty face and her child-like body
are feeling better and better in a SAKURA color.

After a while, Kazuo and KONOYO unite,
and there is nothing whatsoever between them.
Their good chemistry makes them rise up higher and higher.

The summit is closer and closer to them.
When each other's fingers sticks deeply into each other's backs,
Kazuo has shot through the alien's body.  

At the same time, the alien in the last flying saucer has vanished.

(Mm, why?)

The on hundredth petal slowly falls to the ground, swinging and floating.

Kazuo wakes up to find himself lying on the bench in the park.
The cherry trees which are lit up with the night sky behind
widespread brightly in front of him.

Looking at it, he feels sick and nausea.

(Why they are attracted at cherry trees, I don't know,
because the blossomes just make me sad and lonely.)

Kazuo leaves the park as soon as possible.
He remember the location of ramen shop,
but do not at all remember that of "NEW SAKURA."
He walks around the same place several times, but in vain.

(Did I dream?)

Kazuo goes up the stairs to the shrine, bows it,
and begins walking for Ochanomizu Station.

When he arrives at the station
and puts his hand into the pocket for coins for ticket,
his tip of fingers feels something pointed.

Getting it out of the pocket, he finds a star-shaped pierce on his palm.
Grasping it tight, he passes through the station gate.

(I'd like to see her again.)

The hall of his heart,
which was forced open by cherry blossoms and loneliness,
has become larger than when he passed the gate  this morning.
