What are your thoughts on the study's findings?

Even if having small amount of energy drinks connecs to poorer sleep, this fact suprised me.
I've never drunk energy drinks, but there are many people around me who drink energy drinks many times including my friends and my colleagues.
I don't understand why they drink them before reading this article, but this article showed the reason, that's why maintaining their motivation and mental health.
I think there are better ways to do them than drinking it, for example,
getting three meals everyday, having a good sleep, getting up at the same time everyday, doing moderate exercise and etc..
Regarding having good sleep, It is very important not to use your smartphone before 30 minutes when you go to bed.

What are your thoughts on Japan's pig cafes?
I know about Japan’s pig cafes, but I've never visited one. I'm surprised by the fact that these cafes are famous spots for foreign tourists. This article presented comments from a professor at Cornell University in New York. Owning pets is very helpful for people to stay healthy because it helps reduce the risk of diseases, lowers blood pressure, and helps cope with stress. I believe that these findings are true based on my experience of having kept a dog before. I often talked to him, even though he didn't understand what I said, but this action made me feel good and relieved my stress. So, I think interacting with animals provides mental health and physical benefits for people.

What did you know about the differences between British and American spelling before reading this article?
知りませんでした。この記事に出てきた例でcolorについて紹介されていましたが私はアメリカ versionの方を使っています。
なので日本の教育ではAmerica versionが選ばれていると思います。
記事によるとthe diffence between America and Britishは広告コストの歴史的なばbackgroundによって生まれたと言われています。
Americaではadvertisement costは how much space によって決まっていたそうです。なので広告コストを抑えるためには文字数を減らす必要があった。
それがスペルの変更につながったそうです。
英語を学ぶ上ではこういった違いを学ぶことも楽しいなと思いました。
I didn’t know about it. This article introduced 'color' and 'traveled' as examples of differences between British and American spelling. I used the American version spelling of these words, so I think Japanese education chose American English. According to this article, in America, the advertisement cost depended on how much space they used, so they should reduce the space on it to save their cost. This led to changing spelling. I found it interesting to know the differences between American English and British English when I learn English.

Have you been to any teamLab exhibits? Would you be interested in visiting the reopened Borderless museum?

Yes, I've been to teamLab which was previous location.
I would like to visit reopened one.
One of my hobbies is taking photos with my camera made of Sony and I post them on instagram. However teamLab is very hot place among expecially young generation so there are crowded every time and then if we try to take beautiful photos, many times your photo includes other people.
This makes me disappointed.
So I think if you want to take beautiful photos at teamLab, visiting time is very important.
In my opinion, if the place open from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, you should reserve the tiket 10:00 am or near 7:00 pm.
Because close to opening time and closing time are less popular than other time, so you are comfortable and enjoy taking photos at there.

What are your thoughts on FamilyMart's new robots?
I think using new robots to address the problem of decreasing employee numbers in Japan is a good idea. However, there are some issues that FamilyMart needs to consider when incorporating them. One major concern is space. Since most FamilyMart stores are small, introducing new robots may make the shopping area feel crowded and uncomfortable for customers. Additionally, many convenience stores, including FamilyMart, are located near train stations, resulting in constant crowds throughout the day. If these stores introduce robots without careful consideration, they may obstruct customers and discourage them from visiting. In my opinion, simply using robots is not enough; it is also necessary to consider how to integrate them effectively.

What are your thoughts on this article ?

I believed that eating meat is good for our health before reading this article; however, according to this article, consuming too much red meat and processed meat increases the risk of cancer. Although this article doesn't explain in detail why eating too much meat leads to cancer, I think I should be careful to limit the amount of them. I find the expression 'Exercise is the closest thing we have to a miracle drug' very interesting, and I believe it's true. When I feel stressed, I often go outside for a run or to the gym. After exercising, I can relieve my stress and feel very comfortable, in addition to clearing my mind. As a result, I am able to concentrate on everything. So, in my opinion, exercise is a miracle drug!

I understand how social media has a negative impact on the younger generation. They use social media on their phones almost throughout the day, which suggests that they are addicted to it. According to this article, mental health is a significant problem. I think the reason why using social media affects their mental health is that they often compare themselves to others. They are too sensitive to how they are perceived by others, and this leads to mental health issues. Suing tech companies that produce social media platforms is not enough; we should try to limit the time to spend using them. For example, setting a daily time limit for social media usage, increasing opportunities to go outside, playing sports, etc. These are forms of digital detox. It is very hard for people who are addicted to social media to reduce their usage time, but if they try, it might be possible to prevent mental health issues

What are your thoughts on the study's findings?

I find the findings of this study very interesting because I believed that a positive facial expression evokes positive feelings in people, while a negative facial expression evokes negative feelings. What I mean is that if you see someone laughing, you may feel joyful. On the other hand, if you see someone crying, you may feel sad. These are natural reactions. However, according to this article, when it comes to food, it is different.
This is very misterious.

Do you agree with Johnson that human beings don't need to die?

No, I don't. I disagree with his opinion because I think death is also an important component of our life. If we could live forever, our life might become boring. The reason why we feel various feelings during a trip or experiencing something special, such as skydiving, is that it is a special time in our life. What I mean is that we can't experience the same things many times in our life, so they become special and worth doing. However, if we could live forever, they wouldn't become special. What are your thoughts on Nintendo's forecasted end-of-year profits?

It is very amazing and this news is good for us because these days, japanese economy is getting weaker and weaker compared to other countries.
Actually, I thought that the popularity of the nintendow switch wouldn't continue for long term after COVID-19 pandemic.
However, my prediction was not true, it gets more and more popularity around the world. According to this article, its revenue is about $ 1.4 billion, this is a half of whole revenue of this company.
I don't play video games such as nitendow switch, so I don't understand the reason why so many people like plyaing it and what makes many people facinated.
This article also said that the a Super Nintendo World theme park will open in Florida in 2025, I hear about this news for the first time.
I'm looking forward to hear about this park more, because the Mario park in Universal Studio Japan was so good.
When I rode on the mario cart attraction, I was as if I were a character of the game.

What are your thoughts on New York's +Pool?

I think the good point of this project is that it divides a huge problem into small pieces. What I mean is that when it comes to solving a big problem, you should take actions step by step because solving the whole of it requires a huge amount of effort, and then you might be exhausted just imagining the number of tasks. As a result, you might give up trying to do it. The +Pool project is a good example to show how important it is to divide a big one into small pieces. When the river environment is cleaner, people could swim in it. This means that small efforts lead to small profits. I believe this is a perfect cycle. This cycle motivates people to do more and more. I hope the +Pool project will be completed, and then this project will spread to other places and countries.

What are your thoughts on Bob Thomson's achievement?

I think his achievement is super amazing, and I respect his mindset. He said that the reason why he continues to run is to motivate other people who can't continue to run. I believe that the happier our lives are, the more we can give other people something good that has a positive impact on them. When I travel with my friends, I often make plans for it. During the trip, I feel very happy to see my friends excitedly following my plan. So, I think his mindset is very important for us to make our lives happy, and I want to be someone who has a positive impact on other people.
