ミュージックビデオでもわかる通り、MITOの街で大暴れしたMr.Insanityを追い詰め、MITOが手をかけようとした所までです。
Mr.Insanityを追い詰めたMITOが話しかける内容、
よくもやってくれたな。苦しむ姿がそんなに楽しいか？でもこれが最後だと思うなよ。お前の苦しみはこれからだ。というニュアンスでしょう。
I'm comingではなくI'm goingなのは、MITOが懲らしめに行くという事じゃなくて、MITOじゃない何かがMr.Insanityを懲らしめに来るから、俺は先に行ってるぞと言っている。そう解釈しました。

このアルバムはMr.Insanityのアルバムですが、彼がどうなったかという結末はわかりません。彼のストーリが続くかもしれない。
個人的にはもうちょっとMr.Insanityのサイドストーリーを楽しみたいんですが・・。
