Would you say that homelessness is a major problem where you live?

I think homelessness is one of the major social problems in Japan. The number of homelessness is decreasing in Japan, if you only see the Ministry of Health Labor and Welfare data. However, invisible numbers who stay in internet cafes or somewhere are pointed out as a homelessness problem.
So, the Japanese homelessness problem can’t evaluate only the number of people who live in parks or under bridges. Also, even if people live in houses, there are people who suffer from poverty. Such people have possibly lost their houses due to the downturn.
Affected by the pandemic, the Japanese economic situation is surely damaged. So, I think homelessness is the major problem in my country.
