醬丸

近所に引っ越した頃だった。

当時後輩に教えてもらってから大好きで通っていた砂田、そして醬丸。

最近はご無沙汰だったけど、多い時は週2で行ってたな。（がっつん麺）

僕は勝手に醬丸の親父と呼ばせてもらってた。（お許しください）

お客様とフレンドリーに触れ合う姿、その接客は、ラーメンを啜りながら横目に見る僕にとって、どこか羨ましく、微笑ましい光景だった。（いつか自分もそんな常連になれると良いな。）そんな想いを抱いていた。

大袈裟かも知れないけど、このラーメン屋さんに出会えた事は、僕の人生において大きな出来事だったかも知れない。

ふと、そんな事を考えてしまった。

長い間お疲れ様でした、
生涯、この味と親父さんの笑顔を忘れる事はないな。

It was about time we moved into the neighborhood.

I loved going to Sunada and Shoutamaru after a junior colleague at the time told me about them.

It's been a while since I've been back, but I used to go there twice a week at the most. （I used to go there twice a week at the most.)

I used to call him Soy Maru's father. (Forgive me.)

I was somewhat envious of his friendly interaction with customers and the way he treated them as I sipped my ramen, and it made me smile. （I hope one day I can become a regular like that.) (I hope I can be a regular like that someday...) I was thinking about that.

It may be an exaggeration, but meeting this ramen shop may have been a major event in my life. I suddenly thought of that.

Thank you for all your hard work over the years.
I will never forget the taste and your smile.
