足の裏に月が出ていて靴下を脱ぐとあたりに月光が差す　　　　　　　　　　　　
     There is a moon
     On my sole. When I take off
     My socks, it sheds moonlight

その人は椅子から立つとひまわりの姿に変わる　腰掛けると人　　　　　　　　　
     Standing up from a chair,
     The man becomes a sunflower.
     Seated, human again

私の真横を蝶が飛んでいる　足を速めてもまだ横にいる 
     A butterfly is
     Flying abreast with me. When I
     Run, it flies faster

その人は積み木のように崩れるがいつも自力でまた積み上がる 
     Sometimes she collapses
     Like building blocks, but by herself
     She rises up again

雪だるまの夫婦が並んで立っていた　一緒に溶けて一緒に消えた 
     Standing side by side,
     The snow husband and the snow wife
     Melted down together
