そうしないと苦しくなるのは
　中毒です。

そうしないと我慢できないのも
　立派な中毒です。

たとえば　分不相応な贅沢。
　たとえば　進歩のないゲーム。
　　たとえば　くだらん見栄っぱり。

やって問題ないならともかく
　やるほど悪くなるなら
　　やめましょう。

そりゃまあ　最初は大変ですが
　そのうち楽になるはずです。

さあさ　今すぐ断ちましょう。
　さあさ　すっきりいたしましょう。

It Is Addiction

It is addiction that makes you painful
if you do not do so.

It is a splendid addiction that
you can not stand without it.
