闇夜の急ブレーキ! 京急 快特

三浦半島の先端に近い京急久里浜線の三崎口駅から、京急線の終点の泉岳寺駅までの乗車時間は1時間19分、乗車距離は66.9kmです。
西陽が当たらない山影になった三崎口駅のホームで、緑豊かな風景を見ながら、蝉時雨の中で電車を待つ時間は、涼しくて澄んだ風が心地良いものでした。
そして、高速の運行速度で有名な京急は、全ての先頭車両にモーターを搭載してます。前面展望動画は先頭車両で撮影しているため、モニター画面から高速で迫り来る景色と間近に聞こえるモーター音が、撮影者と電車の一体感を作り出し、体中がアドレナリンで満たされる高揚感を感じました。
途中、京急快特が、その最高運行スピードである時速120kmで走行する区間で踏切異常を知らせる特殊信号発光機が点滅し、非常制動操作が行われるイレギュラーなシーン(53:52)はありましたが、運転士や車掌の冷静な対応に接することが出来、京急の鉄道運行に対して、信頼感を増すことが出来る乗車になりました。
京急の場合は、特殊信号発光機の点滅を感知した運転士自身が非常ブレーキを操作します。時速120kmで走行している場合、特発発光を感知する時間が1秒遅くなると、制動距離は30m長くなります。夜間は昼間と比べて、目から入る情報量が少なく、加えてその情報のほとんどが、発光体によるものです。運転士はどこに踏切があるのかを熟知していますが、高速運行中の電車から多くの発光体と特発発光とを瞬時に区別し非常ブレーキをかけるのは常に神経を張り詰めさせておかねばならず、それは運転士にストレスをもたらすことになります。絶えず「かもしれない」運転を強いられている運転士さんには感謝の言葉しかありません。

It takes 1 hour and 19 minutes to travel from Misakiguchi Station on the Keikyu Kurihama Line, near the tip of the Miura Peninsula, to Sengakuji Station, the last stop on the Keikyu Line.  Its boarding distance is 66.9 km. 
The time spent at Misakiguchi Station waiting for the train in the drizzle of cicadas while looking at the lush green scenery was exceptional.

It was exhilarating to ride while listening to the sound of the motor, which is unique to the Keikyu train, which has a motor in the leading car, and was able to feel the scenery flying away more dynamically.
On the way, there was an irregular scene (53:52) where an emergency braking operation was performed in case of a sudden departure, but I was able to deal with the calm response of the driver and conductor, It has become a ride that can increase the reliability.
The place where the special emergency braking operation occurred is the section where the Rapid Express (KAITOKU ) runs at its maximum speed of 120km/h.
In the case of Keikyu, when there is an abnormality at a railroad crossing, the driver himself detects the blinking of the special signal light and operates the emergency brake.  When driving at a speed of 120 km/h, a delay of 1 second in the detection time of the flash will increase the braking distance by 30 m.
Compared to the daytime, the amount of information that can be seen through the eyes is less at night, so the driver's stress is stronger.
