自己紹介
東京都あきる野市出身　師岡龍也（Morooka Tatuya）　31歳
脱サラしてアマゾン川へ釣りへ！帰国後仕事をスタート。
仕事は映像事業をしています。主にJRや環境省などの大手企業、地域の観光など。
また一般社団法人フォースウェルネスを地域で社団を立ち上げ
地域課題をビジネスで解決。「東京山側自然体験学習スクール」をスタートし年間15,000人を誘客、2年で移住者約20組を誘致。

Born in Akiruno City, Tokyo, Tatuya Morooka, 31 years old, left his office job to go fishing in the Amazon! Upon returning, he started his work in the video production business, mainly for major corporations like JR and the Ministry of the Environment, as well as for local tourism. Additionally, he established the General Incorporated Association 'Force Wellness' in his local community, addressing regional issues through business. He initiated the 'Mountain Side Tokyo Nature Experience School', attracting 15,000 visitors annually and encouraging approximately 20 groups to relocate to the area within two years.

ARC秋川リバークリーンナップ　毎月開催

地域で秋川リバークリーンナップを仲間とスタート（以後リバクリ）して
リバクリをきっかけに移住してきた人があきる野市議会議員になったりもしたりとても刺激的な毎日です。

In the community, I started the Akigawa River Cleanup with my friends (hereafter referred to as River Cleanup), and it's been a very exciting time as some people who migrated here because of the River Cleanup have even become members of the Akiruno City Council.

東京山側ってどんなところ？
大自然がありながら東京！！とにかくこれが最大の価値です。
新宿まで車で45分、電車で60分。
遊び、ビジネスともに最高の立地だと思っております。
最近は企業や実業家の方々が視察に来てくれて平日もフル稼働。

またサーファーでもある私は仕事前に海にもいけます。平塚まで45分です。
あと、朝の川の気持ちよさが最高なんですよ。
何度もしつこいですがこれが東京山側です。

What's the mountainous side of Tokyo like? It's nature-rich, yet it's Tokyo!! This, above all, is its greatest value. It's just 45 minutes by car and 60 minutes by train to Shinjuku. I believe it's an excellent location for both business and leisure. Lately, corporate and entrepreneurial visitors have been coming for inspections, keeping us busy even on weekdays. Also, as a surfer, I can hit the beach before work. It's only a 45-minute drive to Hiratsuka. Plus, the refreshing feeling of the river in the morning is the best. I may sound repetitive, but this is what the mountainous side of Tokyo is all about.

東京山側探究型自然体験学習スクールとは？
東京山側の自然資源、地域課題解決をプログラムにして年間15,000人を誘致
リピート率は40％（新規を取り続けての数字）

最初は地域課題解決をどうするか？？みんなでめちゃくちゃ考えました。
先ずは耕作放棄地をどう助けられるか、、、、、

日本の課題でもある高齢化。
東京都でも起きています。地方のスピードはとんでもないでしょう。
高齢化に伴う承継問題、耕作放棄、人手不足。
そこで上記の課題でできなくなった、田んぼをお借りして
地域のおじいちゃん、おばあちゃんへ講師を依頼。
そこに私達先生が入り体験を行う。体験内容は農作業。
毎週末100名が来るのであっという間に作業が進みます。

What is the Mountain Side Tokyo Exploratory Nature Experience School? It's a program that leverages the natural resources of the mountainous side of Tokyo and aims to solve regional issues, attracting 15,000 people annually with a 40% repeat rate (this includes new visitors).

In the beginning, we seriously pondered on how we could solve regional problems. First of all, we thought about how we could assist with the issue of abandoned farmland...

Japan is facing the problem of an aging society, and this issue is also happening in Tokyo. The pace of this in rural areas is tremendous. With the aging society comes succession problems, abandoned cultivation, and labor shortage. Therefore, we decided to borrow rice fields that could no longer be maintained due to the aforementioned issues. We requested the elderly men and women in the area to serve as instructors. Then, our teachers come in and facilitate the experience. The content of the experience involves farm work. With 100 people coming in every weekend, the work progresses very quickly.

ざっくりですが、そんな感じでスタートしました。
これが地域の竹林、林業、河川問題、自治体、行政に広がり平日はボランティアをしたりみんなで助け合うコミュニティーを形成しています。

何より、自然を通して子どもたちが成長して喜んでくれる
笑顔が最高に嬉しいです！！

In a nutshell, that's how we got started. This extends to regional bamboo groves, forestry, river issues, municipalities, and administrations, and during the weekdays, we form a community that volunteers and helps each other out.

Above all, the smiles of the children growing through experiences in nature are the most gratifying!!

I will write a more detailed article about this later.

【特徴】
あきる野市の猟友会会長の祖父から影響 を受け、幼いころから自然環境に対して興味を持つ。
地元の秋川流域で水中昆虫や魚類などを網や釣りで捕獲して生き物の観察を続け、子どもたちに学習として生物多様性を伝えている。
釣りに関しては、南米アマゾン川の奥地まで行くほどで大会での優勝経験も。
サーフィンをする中で、海洋プラスチック問題に着目し、 地元の秋川渓谷でリバークリーンを開催し、東京の国立公園内で山と海の繋がりを参加者に伝え、海にゴミを流さないということを目標に活動している。
また、7歳より17年間空手道を継続。スポーツ推薦で高校へ進学。それは自分の夢でもある全国大会優勝を成し遂げる為に極めたいと思いがあったからです。強豪校入学後異例の2年間キャプテンを努め人の上に立つ難しさを学びました。その後空手が日本一強いの大学へ推薦で進学。
卒業後は目標設定し結果を必ず出すことを得意として、社会人1年目で社内1500名中5名のみ選抜される営業部隊に抜擢され3位の成績を出す。その後新電気事業の営業でも支店内で好成績。

4年半会社に所属後独立しコロナ禍3年間で映像事業をスタート。
コロナ禍における映像の需要とともに実績を作り、企業・省庁の撮影、編集、配信を行う。
2022年7月一般社団法人フォースウェルネスメンバーとして地域課題解決に取り組み
東京山側探求型自然体験学習スクールのみでも年間1万5000人を東京山側に誘致。
更に移住者10組以上という結果を残す。

また東京山側のLeave No Trace（リーブノートレイス）コースを社団で開催し
都立高校や自然体験学習の中でLNTワークショップを開催。
東京山側LNTを牽引する一人でもある。

[Features] Influenced by his grandfather, the head of the hunting association in Akiruno City, he has had an interest in the natural environment since he was a child. He continues to observe creatures by capturing aquatic insects and fish in the Akigawa basin in his hometown with nets and fishing, and teaches children about biodiversity as part of their learning. His interest in fishing goes as far as going to the Amazon River in South America, and he has also won championships. While surfing, he became aware of the problem of marine plastic, initiated river cleaning in his local Akigawa Valley, communicates the connection between the mountains and the sea to participants in the National Park of Tokyo, and aims to prevent trash from flowing into the sea. Additionally, he has been practicing karate since the age of 7 for 17 years. He proceeded to high school with a sports recommendation, which was also a dream of his to win a national tournament
