Live your life like a game

Life is really full of hard things to live. There are many moments when I feel like quitting my life. There is so much information in this world, but nowhere is there an answer to how to overcome my life. Because, you know, it's the first time in my life I guess.

We all found ourselves somehow alive. When we born, the world was already there. When I woke up, I was a human being with a brain. There was no escape route prepared for me from the beginning.

I wondered today why all these ordeals were so hard for me. But, wait.
It's true that it's hard, it's extremely painful, and I don't remember doing anything that could hurt me so much, but I thought that I was given more chances than others to become stronger, just as my skin gets thicker the more I fall, and the more I practice, the better I get at it.

God is like a kind-hearted demon coach. He doesn't give us easy answers, He imposes one tough challenge after another, and he never lets up on his hand even when we cry or get hurt. But if you continue to do something and accomplish it, there is always a reward in store.

That's where you have to start, whether you can firmly take that chance as an opportunity or not. If you run away from it because it looks painful, because you don't want to do it, because you are afraid of getting hurt, or because you are afraid of change, it's game over. Have you ever seen such a sad game where the game is over even before you start fighting?

When playing Super Mario, do you avoid hitting your head on the blocks because you think it will hurt? Would you miss out on all the coins and stars? Do you jump off a cliff because you're afraid of Koopa? No one plays that way.

No one makes it to the final stage from the beginning. Even if you get hit by a mushroom right at the beginning, you try again. Even if you get the flag in stage 1 and feel a sense of accomplishment, you will lose again in the next stage, or there will be a more difficult stage waiting for you. It never gets easier once you get to the next stage; in fact, it gets harder and harder. But that doesn't mean you stop. If you play long enough, you will get the hang of it and get better at it.

Just like a life.

I went to a sports bar last week and watched a UFC300. I saw a great fight that would go down in history KO. Martial arts are very painful to watch and many people don't understand the sport. But in the end, every sport has drama. People are moved by that drama. It is not just the game, but the story of the player and the team that makes people's hearts fire more passionately. I believe that even the best athletes have fought through unimaginable trials and tribulations. But they are able to stand on that stage because they never gave up.

I think there were times when they got fed up with repeating the same thing over and over again. But when you just keep going through the routine, the path you believe in, you find that you have come pretty far, and you have developed something that makes you proud of yourself.

If today's you surpasses yesterday's you by just a little bit, that's growth. And that's okay. I won't let anyone get in my way. I am the VIP and champion of this life.
