The Future of Japanese Influence over the World

Japanese economy seems continuously deteriorating these days. As a Japanese, I'd like to articulate my opinion here. As you guys are acknowledging, Japan is the third-largest economy according to its nominal GDP(gross domestic product), and fourth-largest purchasing power party. I personally haven't realized that Japanese economy has been strong through living in Japan, but certainly I have never felt any serious economic difficulties  throughout my life Japan, which also can be contributed to the greatness of efforts of my parents as well. I have never seriously thought about the influence of Japanese company on the world. I believe our country will not decline easily just caused by the incidents inside of Japan, however, it can take place because of the relationship among other countries. It goes without saying that Japan is an island country, it is quite separated from other countries. A research describe that 97.9% of people in Japan is Japanese. This is quite homoginous among developed countries. For instance, the United States and China has obviously larger land area and lots of people have their different background. Even in Germany, which has the world fourth largest economy, 86.3 % of people are Germany and the others have their different racial background. The point is not about where they come from. The point is people in Japan might be too confortable with the homogeneity, and they might be not tough enough to thrive on the field of world economy. 

I came here in Canada to know how to survive in the world; how to communicate with people having different background from me and how to adapt the life in another country. So far I strongly am realizing that how I do not have my own opinion for things constituting myself and my country, and I assure it comes from how tranquil it is to live in Japan as I've learned lots of things but never taken the most of them to express my thoughts among Japanese society as I didn't expect the necessity in Japan, which I'm now putting great amount of emphasis on it.

So I decided to focus on leaning various field continuously in order to live a good life in my future and I'd like you guys to have the thoughts as well.
